About: I absolutely love dogs with everything I have. I will provide your baby the best health, care and affection. It would be a pleasure to take care morning potty break outside, go inside to feed breakfast, morning dog park, lunch time, afternoon park, dinner time, potty break outside before sleeping inside with treats, food, and water I live in a very safe and quiet community. No cars usually pass by and I have a very big fenced backyard with a big lawn of grass.

Being a former mail carrier (*insert mailman being chased by dog punchline*), I befriended animals everyday on my routes, and with this I understand, and take seriously, the respect, safety, and awareness needed in becoming acquainted with new furry friends. Anything from Lhasa apso to cocker spaniel to labradoodle to pit bull and to Doberman, you name it, I’ve cared for them! Frequent home check-ins or dog walks are provided in the immediate Lodi area. All pets have their own preference. When boarding at Sleepy Pooch, pets are well supervised. Frequent outdoor activity is offered in a large fenced back yard. Larger dogs can be walked daily, if desired. Your loved one can sleep in the bedroom, alone in a kennel, or with the host’s pooch if he/she prefers. For pets who prefer to stay home, your host assures security of your property when entering and exiting. A mask will be worn at all times while inside your home. I assess the situation to identify any housekeeping issues that need to be addressed to keep your pet and home safe while you are away. Any mail or packages are brought inside. Cat boxes will be thoroughly cleaned at all times. Rest assured that I will take responsibility for your pet as if he/she is one of my own family members. DOG WALKING NOTE. Please have doggy leashed and ready to pick up for their walk. Friday, Saturday and Sundays I am available all day for those walks and check ins that are needed when errands outs are the priority. I will treat your home with the same level of respect I’d want for my own. My process is thorough: I double check that all doors are deadbolted, alarm systems are set, and water bowls are topped off before I leave. To keep you in the loop, I provide detailed Rover Cards after every visit. You’ll receive photos of our adventures, a map of our walk, and a summary of all 'business' handled. If a mess occurred while you were away, I handle the clean up thoroughly so you can come home to a fresh house and a happy, relaxed pet.
About: I've grown up with animals of all types and have extensive experience with dog behavior and training. I have a calm yet confident presence when working with animals that allows them to respect and respond appropriately. I currently have a 7 yr old Shih Tzu and a 2 yr old Maine Coon, and help my mom and siblings and daughter with their own dogs frequently (a Goldendoodle, a Frenchie, a Husky, and another Shih Tzu). I work remotely full-time and would love to earn extra income by pet sitting! For drop-in visits, I am fully available Sat/Sun, but Mon-Fri I'm only available between 6:00-7:30am and any time after 4:00pm. As long as I can work from your home during the week for consecutive overnight weekday stays that require me there 24/7, I am more than open to that as well. She was prompt, conscientious and kept us updated with photos and videos on our pup’s wellbeing throughout our trip. Danyel is clearly experienced with all sorts of dogs and knew how to let our pup warm up to her and give him a bit of space to adjust to us being gone and trust her as his new caretaker. After just 2 days, he was playing, cuddling, and quite relaxed! She even began teaching him new commands to help with play like “drop it”. It was so nice to come back to a clean home and not have to worry, as Danyel had cleaned everything she used. Our dog and cat are always happy to see her, and the dog can be very particular about who he likes. She does a good job getting our high energy border-collie mix enough exercise! During the most recent stay, Amber couldn’t watch the pets the entire time we were gone so she had to hand off to another sitter. She offered to meet with the new sitter to make sure our pets were comfortable with the new person and she also checked in with us after the new sitter took over to make sure that they showed up. Shannon did a great job taking care of both our boys. She adapted well to the schedule including food, treats and medicines. She regularly kept us updated with pictures. After an initial adjustment the first couple of days the boys got very comfortable with her and we came back to very content and happy faces.
Megan took care of 2 basset hounds an indoor cat and two outdoor cats , in which did an amazing job with them all. I’m guessing the pets are sad she has left but will hire again as she watered our plants picked up after the animals. Megan really bonded well with all the animals. The house was left as I left as she stayed for a week. Megan is the perfect person to take care of your pets in your needs.
