I have a calm yet confident presence when working with animals that allows them to respect and respond appropriately. I currently have a 7 yr old Shih Tzu and a 2 yr old Maine Coon, and help my mom and siblings and daughter with their own dogs frequently (a Goldendoodle, a Frenchie, a Husky, and another Shih Tzu). I have and RVT license that is current and have been an RVT for over 10 years. I took a break from housesitting to work at animal hospitals, including a 24-hour critical care hospital in the ICU. Medications and medical treatments are no problem for me. I have an open schedule and am comfortable with either staying at your home for your pet's comfort, or I can visit everyday to make sure they are cared for.
