“Zac was awesome! I like that he took a personal interest in Spot's well being during his stay at Zac's home.....I highly recommend Zac for any Rover.com customer!!”

“I have used Iris a few times now and they have always been great to work with. My dog was excited this time when I dropped her off. She seems to like it over there. Great communication which is always appreciated when dealing with people watching your pets. I will be using Iris again in less than 2 weeks! Would highly recommend.”

“I've only boarded my dog once in her life, when she was less than a year old. She hasn't been around other dogs very much and is skittish with them. I was worried about how she would react. Lisa sent me multiple pictures per day for the week I was gone and it really helped me to not worry about my dog. My girl looked happy with the other dogs! I am very pleased with Lisa and will certainly book again.”

“Ersai took such great care of Goku while I was away! Communication was excellent from start to finish. She sent lots of photos and updates every day, which gave me so much peace of mind. She also asked thoughtful questions whenever she wanted to make sure Goku was comfortable and well cared for, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. It was clear that Goku was happy, loved, and in great hands during his stay. I highly recommend Ersai to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. I would absolutely book with her again in the future. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Goku!”

“Brittany and James took a GREAT care of our dog (Blue Heeler) for a little over two weeks. They are very professional, reliable, and responsive. On July 4th, they did everything they could to calm our dog since he was very scared of fireworks. My dog loved to cuddle between Brittany and James 😁 Thank you so much for giving love to Uni and for what you do! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a responsible and loving care for your pups! 🐶”

“We have 2 funny lil dudes, Buddy is the old man with no teeth and Bolt, the young one. Both of them have anxiety when we leave. This was the BEST boarding experience we have ever had!! Joann and Richard sent pictures and we knew the dogs were happy! When we picked them up? Bolt had to be called out of the back of the house! He was perfectly comfortable! We will definitely do this again!”

“I had concerns how my 5 year old rescued German Shepherd would adjust with the extended stay but Reginay handled him very professionally. She shared videos and kept us very informed which helped us extremely so we could enjoy our vacation. We are very glad we found her and know we can take future vacations with our boy being in good hands. Great Job Reginay!!!”

“Denise is a dream caretaker of our pup Didi. Super good experience from start to finish. Very communicative. She cares so much about our fur baby. Pics and video updates were great. We had so much faith and trust that Didi was being cared for and enjoying her time while we were out of town. Highly recommend!”

“Princess had a wonderful time with Rochelle and her beautiful family! She’s very communicative and attentive. I truly loved how she would send pictures and made sure all of princess belongings were in her bag when I picked her up.”

“Jahmilya was great! I had a last minute cancellation on dog sitter plans and she responded very quickly. She was clear about expectations and communicated throughout the entire process. I received pictures of my baby boy during his stay and when I picked him up he was bouncing happy boy :) will definitely be coming to her for future trips!”

“My dog Oreo had a great two weeks with Marilee and Joe. Oreo had loads of fun playing and wrestling with their dog Zuko who is a great role model for my 3 year old pup. The entire family welcomed and played with Oreo. He even got to go visit the river to swim! 😊 🐕 💗 💦 Marilee was great with communication and sent photos of my happy pup! Lol! He had such a great time I was sort of worried that Oreo would be in withdrawal when we got home without all of their company and attention! We are planning on having Oreo visit again when we go out of town.”

“First time using this service and am so happy I tried it. Briana is amazing. Received regular updates from her on the dogs including pictures. She was extremely professional and very caring towards the dogs. I will definitely be a repeat customer of hers.”

“Chona takes care of my little puppy 🐶 like her own. Chewy has good time with Chona. She emails us videos and pictures everyday to update us with our Chewy. Thank you very much for your help.”

“Naomi was amazing and has a huge heart for pups. She had our Benny for 2 nights and was great with communicating and updating us with photos and video of his time there. Highly Recommended! We will be using her for all our vacations.”

“I would 100% recommend Art. He is so nice to our furbaby. He updates us from time to time. Chip has separation anxiety but when he's with Art, he was so comfortable and enjoyed staying with him. We will stick with him as our dog sitter. Thank you, Art.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and Ernie and the care they provided for my English Labrador, Luna. Luna stayed with them for six days and nights, and the difference in her behavior has been remarkable. It's now been three days since she came home, and I am still noticing positive changes in her temperament and obedience. They provided the perfect balance of structure, consistency, and what I would call "tough love," which is exactly what Luna needed. Before her stay, Luna could be difficult on walks, would pull on the leash, react aggressively toward other dogs, and even try to bite her collar when I put it on. Catherine and Ernie not only worked with Luna during her stay, but they also took the time to teach me techniques that I could continue using at home. The results were almost immediate. Luna no longer tries to bite her collar, walks much more calmly, and is significantly easier to handle on a leash. One of the biggest improvements came from introducing a prong collar and teaching me how to use it correctly. Walking Luna is now much more enjoyable, and she is far less reactive toward other dogs. Catherine also recommended training videos and resources to help me continue Luna's progress. There are countless dog-training videos on YouTube, but it was incredibly valuable to have someone show me techniques that were specifically effective for my dog. Another thing I truly appreciated was the communication. Catherine kept me updated throughout Luna's stay with regular texts, photos, and videos, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see Luna's progress firsthand. If you are looking for dog sitters who genuinely care about your dog's well-being and are willing to go above and beyond to help improve behavior and training, I highly recommend Catherine and Ernie. Luna came home happier, calmer, and more obedient, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for her.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
