“Irina was communicative throughout the entire process. I had to make a last minute change and include my senior pug for boarding and she was responsive and helpful. My senior pug has to take medication twice daily and Irina made sure to be on top of it. My pugs looked happy and well taken care of while I was gone. Stephanie was flexible with the meet and greet. Upon drop-off, she was receptive to my tips and Boone's quirks for his short stay. When I communicated to request an update late in the day, Stephanie responded quickly and shared cute pictures of Boone. Although I didn't see Stephanie for an 8am pick-up, Boone appeared happy & healthy. Her husband was helpful in immediately meeting me outside with Boone and his belongings to place in the car. Thank you for making my family feel at ease while away.
Before our trip we were stressing about finding a right pet sitter. Our 2 chiweenie dogs from the same litter are shy, sensitive to loud environments and one has anxiety. They don't know how to socialize with other dogs nor humans and new people take time for them to adjust to. But to our surprise, on day 2 one dog was comfortably sleeping on Brooke's legs in a picture she sent us. And our other dog with anxiety that hid under furniture for 4 days with a different pet sitter last year, with Brooke he hid under his blanket on her couch and eventually laid with her.
