We love that she was familiar with small dogs (having two of her own) and knew how to make them feel comfortable in her home, taking him around to walk around the house, introducing the dogs to him one by one. On her own without asking she sent daily pics of max and his stay and at the end of his visit even gave us an overall update - like that max seems to be comfortable in crates when he is resting.
