With over a decade of hands-on experience in animal care, I've dedicated my life to working with pets. I have experience working for animal services and nonprofit rescues. I'm certified in basic obedience dog training and as a veterinary assistant, ensuring your pet receives both loving attention and knowledgeable care. Whether it's playtime, walks, or special needs, I treat every pet like my own—with patience, compassion, and a lot of tail wags!

Brittany and James took a GREAT care of our dog (Blue Heeler) for a little over two weeks. They are very professional, reliable, and responsive. On July 4th, they did everything they could to calm our dog since he was very scared of fireworks. My dog loved to cuddle between Brittany and James 😁 Thank you so much for giving love to Uni and for what you do! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a responsible and loving care for your pups! 🐶
We are very lucky to have found Brittany and James for our 1 year old male Australian Cattle Dog, Uni. Brittany is very responsive as well as responsible. Uni is energetic & reactive and needs handlers who understand his behaviors / personalities well. Brittany took amazing care of my dog, Melody. By the time I got back, Melody could barely keep her eyes open because she was so tired from all the fun and attention. Brittany was incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to interact with throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely love to book with her again whenever we are back in the area.

Schedule
I currently work part-time at a non-profit animal rescue and also help my husband run our home-based computer repair and IT consulting business. This flexible schedule gives me plenty of time to give your furry companion the attention, exercise, and snuggles they deserve. Because I work from home, I’m able to keep a close and caring eye on any pets staying with us, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and right at home

My home features a fully fenced-in yard where dogs can enjoy outdoor time securely, and a security screen front door adds an extra layer of protection. I strive to create a peaceful, clean, and secure environment where your furry friend can feel relaxed, cared for, and at ease.
A typical day
As a certified basic obedience trainer I understand the importance of mental and physical stimulation and how that relates to a happy and healthy furry friend. Whether they are a couch potato or energizer bunny I love to find ways to bond through games or cuddles.
