“Wonderful. First time we have used Rover for our 2 dogs and Stephanie took great care of them. She was great at communicating before their stay and during our vacation sending picture updates. Our older dog is blind and needed medication and eye drops - Stephanie took care of all this for him. Would highly recommend Stephanie for your dogs. We will be back for future vacations.”

“Wow! Amazing, we always get an update on how our fur baby is- he is well taken care of and very great pet setter. This is our second time having her. Thank you again Lisa”

“Chona was a fantastic sitter for our Frenchie, Coco. She communicated often with texts and photos, took Coco on walks and outings, and made sure she was comfortable and calm the whole stay. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and would definitely book with Chona again.”

“Brittany and James took a GREAT care of our dog (Blue Heeler) for a little over two weeks. They are very professional, reliable, and responsive. On July 4th, they did everything they could to calm our dog since he was very scared of fireworks. My dog loved to cuddle between Brittany and James 😁 Thank you so much for giving love to Uni and for what you do! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a responsible and loving care for your pups! 🐶”

“Sabrina and her family are great! A little peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies makes a word of difference Thank you for always taking such good care of Bruce and Pepper.”

“As soon as we arrived to the house I had such a beautiful welcoming from the family! My girl rushed right inside. Rochelle was not only able to accept my booking last minute but she stayed in contact with me and gave me updates with pictures. I will definitely be booking her in the future!”

“Annmarie did an amazing job taking care of our dogs. She regularly updated us and sent us pictures of our dogs. We will definitely be leaving our dogs again next time.”

“Myra was amazing. She was extremely accommodating, even on New Year's day. Picchu was so happy in her house. It was the first time he relaxed and was able to sleep when someone else's place. I come to Miami often and I am so glad now I have a reliable and lovely person to take care of him :)”

“We used Irina to watch our puppy Birdie, during her stay with Irina, we got videos and pictures of Birdie daily. Our puppy looked so happy and loved by Irina and her family. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our vacation, knowing Birdie was safe and well taken care of. We will be using Irina for further boarding.”

“Jahmilya and her family were very accommodating and amazing sitters to my two cats. They ensured that my cats were comfortable, sent pictures during their stay and allowed me to make last minute modifications which was very much appreciated. I will book with them again as it felt like a second home for my cats.”

“I’ve never had a better experience leaving my dog with someone like I did with Blaze! Mia barely wanted to come home at the end of the trip and truly seemed like she was at home with Blaze 10/10 would recommend, honestly won’t ever leave my dog with anyone else as long as Blaze is around thank you so much!!”

“We are so elated that we found Carrie on Rover. She along with her family are sincerely wonderful kindhearted people. We love all the photos and updates. Our dogs are in the best care possible and are treated as if one of their own. Navarrete Family”

“After our initial meeting, we felt very comfortable leaving our mini schnauzer Lucy with Joann and Richard. Joann checked in regularly with updates and pictures and we could tell that our girl was being well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again in the future.”

“As always Kathy is the best! She just really cares about you furry family members. She also sends many updates so you are never worried if they are okay. Our dogs are always returned happy and tired from all the fun they have had at her house!”

“Lynn was awesome! Before we left she asked all kinds of important questions to help our dogs' stay be a comfy one - like sleeping preferences. We love that she was familiar with small dogs (having two of her own) and knew how to make them feel comfortable in her home, taking him around to walk around the house, introducing the dogs to him one by one. On her own without asking she sent daily pics of max and his stay and at the end of his visit even gave us an overall update - like that max seems to be comfortable in crates when he is resting. Max seemed super happy and comfortable with Lynn and I feel like she provided the best personalized care. I wouldn't trust any one else to care for max the same way!”
About: I grew up with dogs of all sizes and raised a labradoodle of my own (she’s 6 now)! I typically dog sit for close friends and family so why not put my services to the public’s use! I work from home full time so your pet will be extra spoiled with quality time and a daily walk on my lunch hour. There is direct access to my backyard via a doggy door however if your dog isn’t trained to use it, I’m happy to let them out to play and potty. Sometimes I’ll even work from my back porch :) I have a fenced yard and one very friendly fun loving dog. I typically take her on a daily walk on my lunch and she would love an occasional companion or two! I have a 10 year old daughter who adores dogs just as much. If your dog does not do well with children, please message me before booking. There are weeks where she is not with me.

“Melanie did a good job adjusting to the newness of a first time sit. She communicates well and asks clarifying questions to make sure she understands the pet's/homeowner's needs. Thanks Melanie!”

“Trustworthy and communicative. I am new to rover and have never had a cat sitter off this platform. I booked Jeffery on very short notice having never met him in person, but he turned out to be trustworthy and attentive to my needs and the needs of my cat. Jeffery did everything I asked him to do, took pictures of the cat, and did a good job.”

“Cheryl did a great job taking care of our animals. Everything was in perfect condition when we returned from our vacation. I would not hesitate to request Cheryl again, hoping that she is not already booked.”

“This was my first time having her pet sit for me and I will definitely call ask Chloe to do it the next time we need pet care. She asked good clarifying questions at the ‘meet and greet, took time to get to know my 2 cats, and asked great questions to help ensure everything went smoothly. My pets were in great hands and were well taken care of. I recommend Chloe!”

“Dawn did a very good job caring for my many cats in addressing their medical needs (administering insulin and eye drops). She was attentive to all their weird eating preferences (different food/ portions for 3 of my 4 cats), and I appreciated that. I came home to things how I hoped they be and really appreciated her careful care. I look forward to booking with Dawn again.”

I currently work part-time at a non-profit animal rescue and also help my husband run our home-based computer repair and IT consulting business. This flexible schedule gives me plenty of time to give your furry companion the attention, exercise, and snuggles they deserve. Because I work from home, I’m able to keep a close and caring eye on any pets staying with us, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and right at home Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. “Megan did great with my cats. They’re usually a little shy with new people but looks like they were comfortable with her right away. If the cats are happy and content then I’m happy, will book Megan again!”

About: I’ve gotten the privilege of loving cats since a baby, a few months after bringing me home my parents were gifted a kitten where my love for cats began. My first cat, but not my last I grew up with always having at least 3 cats in the house I get my love for cats from my mother. We’ve fostered cats, kittens, strays, and have housed cats as they heal. I’ve cat sat for friends and occasional neighbors. I’ve had minor experience working in a vet hospital and have given medicine and have helped hold aggressive cats to administer medicine. Even with my minor allergy I have never had an issue with cats. Caring for these gentle tigers has always been a passion as they are full of so many emotions. I have minor ocd so cleaning up and making sure their litter area is properly clean is important to me. Knowing cats behaviors, I can tell usually right away if the cat is experiencing differences in their routines. I love caring for animals!

“Janet was wonderful and our pets got along great with her. She had to do cat meds for one of my elderly cats and that went great also. Hard to find a person who will do pet meds, especially cats! She took pics for us which was great also. She is a very nice person and we will have her watch our dogs and cats again.”

“I will definitely use Kelsee's services the next time we travel. She was always pleasant and flexible. I could not have asked for better. She gave us just enough contact with text and photos to keep us comfortable. We knew our 20-year-old cat was in good hands. She also kept the wild birds fed and potted plants watered. Thank you Kelsee!”

Constant love and affection would be given to ensure your fur babies feel right at home as if you’ve never left. Hello I’m Melissa a newly FT stay at home mom of 2. I hope that gives you a little insight to my life and allows you to be comfortable in choosing me as your fur babies mini vaca destination. I have a fully fenced decent size back yard with cameras for lots of room to run and get their wiggles out or just explore and sunbathe. I have a large crate if they prefer some quiet time alone just request you bring their favorite bed or blanket so they have a piece of home to comfort them.

About: I grew up always having a pup by my side. Even in my teens I had up to 3 dogs at one time. There were times we’d all camp on the porch and have doggie camp outs (we lived in a ranch at that time). My love for dogs has only gotten stronger as I have gotten older. I have one available kennel that has constant running water and is covered along with concrete flooring and is cleaned multi times a day if in use. During your pets stay we will go on multiple walks, lots of petting and if they love it brushings. I genuinely care about the animal and their needs and want nothing more to make them happy. We live on a 40 acre ranch but would keep your pup on a leash during walks.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I cared for my own deaf English Bulldog for 10 years, learning how to communicate through touch, patience, and consistency. I also cared for my senior black Lab with hip issues—giving gentle massages and modifying our walks so we could still enjoy time together safely. Over the years, I’ve had experience with dogs, cats, birds, and fish, and I genuinely love being around animals of all kinds. I’m confident administering medications, tending to wounds, and giving extra care to both puppies and senior pets. Every animal is unique, and I take the time to understand their needs so they feel safe, loved, and at home—even when you’re away. When picking up or dropping off your fur baby, plan on no later than 5:00 PM Pet care is a priority in my daily routine. I keep a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets the time and attention they need. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, their safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to get to know each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel secure and cared for. I follow all instructions carefully—from feeding schedules to medications—and I keep your home clean and respected while you’re away. I create a calm, positive environment, paying close attention to body language and behavior to ensure your pet feels relaxed and safe. I always double-check gates, leashes, and doors, and I never leave pets unsupervised in unsafe situations. You can trust that your pet will be in good hands, receiving gentle care and genuine affection every step of the way.

About: Since I was old enough to walk, animals have been a loving part of my life. Growing up in a household where pets were treated as family, taught me that every dog and cat has a unique personality and set of needs. I am particularly skilled at reinforcing consistent routines. If you are working on leash training or basic commands like 'sit' and 'stay,' I make sure to incorporate those into our walks so your progress doesn't stall. I am also experienced with senior care, understanding that sometimes a 'walk' is more about a slow sniff-around-the-block and some gentle companionship than a fast-paced walk. My professional life is uniquely flexible, which allows me to be a great anchor for an early morning walk or early afternoon walk. I am available Mon-Thurs 5am-7:30am and 3:30pm to 8:30pm. Friday, Saturday and Sundays I am available all day for those walks and check ins that are needed when errands outs are the priority. My process is thorough: I double check that all doors are deadbolted, alarm systems are set, and water bowls are topped off before I leave. To keep you in the loop, I provide detailed Rover Cards after every visit. You’ll receive photos of our adventures, a map of our walk, and a summary of all 'business' handled. If a mess occurred while you were away, I handle the clean up thoroughly so you can come home to a fresh house and a happy, relaxed pet.
