The only time I met Stephanie was at our scheduled meet n greet, approx. 2 to 3 weeks prior to our booking, which went well! She confirmed our 3 day stay shortly thereafter. Drop off day was easy, Jeff met us outside and I brought the dogs into their foyer. They sniffed around getting comfortable. They sent pics which made me feel more comfortable, the girls appeared happy. Day 3, went to pick the girls up. Jeff met me outside with their belongings and stated that the bigger sister didnt warm up to him as much...but I thought thats OK, she's like that with many. If dogs could talk, they'd probably say that their time there was good. Only one thing I was worried about is that I didnt get a reply to confirm home drop off location until the morning of the drop off, which was scheduled for 9am. I had a flight to catch that afternoon, and I was a tad worried that the response from them was a little delayed. I was worried I didnt have a Plan B in place..just in case some unforseen occurrence happened with Stephanie/Jeff. Overall, this was a good booking. Nice folks. Thank you very much!

Stephanie and her husband are the greatest! Very patient with our little furry who is shy with others. She sent us updates when we were away which we appreciate. They gave us peace of mind so we can enjoy our mini vacation. Highly recommend.

Stephanie is incredible. She has dog sat my Maya twice now and both times she always keeps me updated and sends me pictures. Would recommend to anyone!!

Stephanie was wonderful with my 9 week old puppy! We got wonderful photos and updates and Dory came back so happy! We will definitely be using her again.

Stephanie was flexible with the meet and greet. Upon drop-off, she was receptive to my tips and Boone's quirks for his short stay. When I communicated to request an update late in the day, Stephanie responded quickly and shared cute pictures of Boone. Although I didn't see Stephanie for an 8am pick-up, Boone appeared happy & healthy. Her husband was helpful in immediately meeting me outside with Boone and his belongings to place in the car. Thank you for making my family feel at ease while away.

Stephanie and her husband have been amazing with Charlie. They take such great care of her and treat her like their own. We always appreciate the photos and updates, it really gives us peace of mind while we’re away. Charlie is clearly happy and comfortable with them. We’ll definitely be booking again!
