“Briana is a fantastic individual. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied with her work. I had a tremendous experience. I booked her last min due to a family member passing away last week. Briana was able to pick my puppy (ACE) up and drop him off back at our residence. She sent me photos every 3-4 hours. And she genuinely does love animals, and you can see that in her. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I would recommend everyone to her!”

“Carrie spoiled Coco and Chewie for us while we were out of town from Feb14-16. My fur babies couldn’t have been happier. Carrie provided plenty of photo updates daily. She even gave them the cutest presents when I picked them up. I would completely recommend her to anyone who needs her services.”

“Jessica and her family were so welcoming to both me and Rocky from the get go. At our meet and greet it took him a few moments to get comfortable but then he didn’t want to leave lol. Drop off was super easy and even when I advised Jessica that I may not be reachable much she ensured that I received plenty pictures and videos of my baby boy. I will definitely be rebooking boarding and some play dates because I think Gunner may be his new bestie. 100/10 stars”

“My dog had a great time with Lori. This trip was the first time he got to socialize with other dogs. Lori was great to send us pics of him playing with his new friends and she responded to texts quickly after we sent questions about his stay. She also had a plan for keeping the dogs safe and comfortable during fireworks. And she made sure he took his new allergy meds that were prescribed right before our trip. Thanks Lori for taking such good care of Fergus.”

“Annmarie K. did an excellent job caring for my dog, Cassie, for 6 nights and 7 days. Cassie was relaxed and happy with her stay. Annmarie sent me lots of messages and pictures so I could feel comfortable with leaving her. Cassie is a rescue and requires some special handling, Annmarie was great with all Cassie's needs. Their two small dogs and cat are extremely friendly and helped put Cassie at ease with staying with her. Cassie had lots of fun and that was what I wanted for her while I was gone.”

“Zariyah was amazing! She sent pictures and videos of my pup and gave me an update on him every day. She took excellent care of him. Her other dogs were very sweet. She took the time to introduce them all to my dog differently, and they all got along. I highly recommend her, and definitely intend to use her again if we need to board him in the future. She even got him to eat while he stayed with her (something no one else has been able to accomplish, so this is very impressive). He came back happy, healthy, and tired - exactly how he should be after a fun time. I highly recommend Zariyah!”

“I was concerned about leaving my German Shepherd Max for a whole week. He's such a loving sweetheart and means the world to me. Finding someone I could truly trust with his care is so important. Coming to Shasta was the best decision I could have made. Throughout my time away, she kept me updated with photos and messages about how Max was settling in and enjoying himself. This constant communication was so reassuring and helped ease my worries while I was gone. When I returned to pick him up, I was overjoyed to find Max completely content and laying close to Shasta. It was clear that Max felt "at home", and he was happy and well-cared for during my absence, which means so much to me. Seeing him so comfortable and at ease with Shasta brought such relief to my heart. The peace of mind that comes from knowing Max is in loving, capable hands is truly priceless. I can now travel when needed without the anxiety that used to accompany leaving him. Shasta's genuine affection for animals and professional care has made all the difference for both Max and me. I couldn't recommend her services more highly to any pet parent looking for someone who will love their fur baby almost as much as they do!”
