About: I have always had a love for animals. I have had dogs always growing up and have taken care of lots of different animals. I have a 3 old aussie who has lots of energy and loves to play! I currently work part time serving in a restaurant, so my schedule is pretty flexible and willing to be moved around for pet care needs! I live right by a very nice trail that allows dogs to be off leash. I have a 3 old aussie at home who loves to play and for long walks and hikes.

About: I have been house sitting on and off for many years and love to be around animals. My neighbors and family friends have tasked me with taking care of their houses, animals, plants, many other things! I’m currently working full time in Vail, so I will be able to care for your pet anytime outside of these hours. My work hours are typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday! When I am taking care of any animal I will treat them just like family! Lots of walks and attention! I can give your dogs lots of exercise!

About: I've had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember and have cared for pets through every stage of life, including senior animals. As a volunteer with the Animal Welfare League of Arlington in Virginia, I worked directly with shelter cats by cleaning kennels, providing food and fresh water, and monitoring their living spaces while being mindful not to cause unnecessary stress. This experience taught me how to respect each animal's comfort level, recognize different personalities, and provide calm, attentive care. I also volunteered with Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation, where I helped socialize animals and connect potential adopters with dogs that matched their lifestyle. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, independent, or needs extra patience, I will provide reliable, compassionate care and follow their routine closely so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Pet care has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. This summer, I am completing an internship in Avon with varying hours throughout the week, but I am fully available on Mondays and Tuesdays, which are my weekends. On most other days, I am available before work and in the evenings for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care. Having cared for dogs and cats my entire life, I understand the importance of maintaining a pet's routine and helping them feel comfortable when their owner is away. Whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I'm happy to adapt to your pet's individual needs. My goal is to provide dependable, attentive care so your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. About: I am self employed and work from home so have plenty of time to give attention to your pup. I have a 13 year old dog named Bruce. He enjoys slower walks and hikes but I’m happy to do longer walks or runs with your younger dog. Bruce gets along with all dogs and I would prefer yours does too! I have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, play, etc with your dog. Just let me know what their activity level is, off leash guidelines, and any other quirks. My yard is on the Gore creek, not fenced in. My dog and other visiting dogs always play down by the creek. If your dog is not good off leash or you don’t want them near the creek, I will keep them on leash at all times.

Our dogs were taken on multiple walks, hikes, and outings per day. They went sledding and shared videos of our puppy pulling the sled. We got multiple pictures, texts, and videos during the day to keep us posted and they were always walking, playing, or snuggly WITH Karen on the couch and good Lord it was cute!! She is an all-star and you couldn't ask for a better fur baby sitter. My kids wanted to give her five bajillioon stars, but it wasn't an option. She's the best!”

About: I’m a very friendly and outgoing person towards humans and animals! I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats in my household and really enjoy their company. In September 2020, I adopted a 2 month old Labrador/ Great Pyrenees / Shepard mix named Arlo from the Boulder humane society and have had an amazing time raising him! I have experience with small to large dogs, as well as dogs of all ages. I love staying active and being outdoors. Being able to take dogs on walks and spending time with them is a great way to stay active throughout the day. I am glad to be able to spend my extra time taking care of your dog and providing you with the best service that I can to keep you and your dog happy! I will have plenty of time to play with your pups during the week or weekend! We can go on walks, hikes, to the dog park or play in the backyard. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment with an open living room, kitchen, balcony and mud room area. I also have a shared back yard, am less than a 2 minute walk from gore creek trail, and only a 5 minute drive away from the west vail dog park. I also have my own dog that would love a play buddy! If at your home, please let me know your preferred areas of play and down time. I can also take your dog to their favorite spots in the area!

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and honestly can’t remember a time when there wasn’t a pup in the house. I grew up in a family that always had multiple dogs at once — labs, cocker spaniels, dachshunds, golden retrievers, goldendoodles — plus all the neighborhood dogs that seemed to end up at our place for playdates or pet sitting. Caring for different breeds and personalities has always just been part of my daily life, not something I had to learn later. Since moving out on my own, my roommates have almost always had dogs, and I naturally end up sharing responsibilities — walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure they feel loved and included. I’m a big “dog person” in every sense: I connect with dogs quickly, read their body language well, and make a real effort to help them feel safe, calm, and happy while their people are away. Whether your dog is high-energy and playful or more of a couch snuggler, I’ll treat them like my own and keep you updated so you can relax while you’re gone. I currently work fully remote and have about a 20 to 30 hour per week workload, which leaves me with plenty of extra time each and every day! I’m a very active person and tend to fill my downtime with walking hiking cross country skiing or downhill skiing whenever I can and my flexible schedule certainly helps that. I’ll be more than happy to do just about anything that you request to make your dog happy and comfortable. Let’s just talk about it first!
