About: I’ve had pets of all kinds under my care since childhood! I have extensive experience with bigger dogs but also cats and fish. Currently, I walk, feed, and take care of dogs almost every day. I have a full time job from 4:00pm - 10:00pm Thursday - Monday. Therefore, I have a lot free time during the day before my shifts. However, with off-season approaching in the Valley, I expect to have much more time available. My typical day at the moment consists of a walk, hike, or some other form of exercise, and I would have no issue adding a dog to the mix. I am also available for house visits or at-home stays for any animal. :) I enjoy being active and alert, and animals always have my full attention whether they are my own or belong to someone else. I maintain cleanly living environments and pay attention to potentially poisonous foods or plants that could harm an animal. I have more extensive experience from bigger size dogs (>60 lbs,) so I am more than comfortable taking care of them and holding on a leash.

About: I love animals! I have grown up with dogs, specifically, my whole life. During college, I dog-sat for many families, one family with two Newfoundlands for three years. So I am also very capable of working with big dogs with big personalities! I do walks, playtime, and overnight stays or check-ins. I am a intern at Walking Mountains. I currently get Monday and Tuesday off. My work schedule varies from week to week. Because of that, I have a lot of flexibility to meet your needs! I am currently only offering care at your homes. I am willing to take care of all pet needs as needed, and more than willing to communicate with you while you are away about how they are doing!
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. I enjoy sitting other people’s pets and playing with them. I have a heart for animals. I can’t wait to meet your pets! I am currently working part time. I still have plenty of time to love and play with your pets. We will have a blast and good quality time! I have a fenced in backyard that my two dogs and cat love to mess around in. I know what it takes to love and care for a pet. Your pet will be treated as my own!
About: I love to walk and spend time with pets, they are the best companions. Going for walks with my pet is a joy. I love to play with them and making shure that they have all their needs met. I start my day walking with my pet. When I am home I like to play with them in my fenced back yard. At the end of the day we always go for another walk to the park. I take the pets outside as soon as we wake up. I make sure that they always have access to food and water. Then we go for a nice walk and play.

About: I grew up in a family that raised seeing eye dogs, so caring for dogs has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am also a photographer & can send you adorable pics of your cute pup(s) if you’d like. I have a very flexible schedule and lots of availability. Happy to walk or hang with your fur baby while you're away. Often available for last minute emergencies! I work as a freelance photographer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available most days. I’m happy to help with regular walks, drop ins, house sitting, and last minute needs when they come up. If you have an emergency or unexpected change in plans, please feel free to reach out! I’m not currently able to host pets in my own home, but I’m happy to care for them in their home where they feel most comfortable. I’m respectful, professional, and very mindful of keeping your space clean, secure, and even better than you left it.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since a very young age and I’ve always had one or multiple in my family!! Now I have my puppy named Figgy and we’re both ready to make some new friends and create fun memories with them!! Coming the off season I have a lot more free time, I’m always off in the mornings and my boyfriend is always home in the afternoon so it works out perfectly for having a happy and always accompanied pet :) I try to be as careful as I can to follow a pets routine wether that be in my house or theirs. I think it’s all built from respect and trust.
About: I will make sure to treat your dog they way I treat my labradoodle, with tender love and care. My labradoodle is 13 and the love of my life. He’s currently in Michigan and I want to fill that extra space with love for your dog😊 🐶 I am a professional snowboarder and full time student so my schedule can be a bit hectic but I would love to fill my free time taking care of your dog. I live on Nottingham Park and walk around the park multiple times a day. I enjoy being outside, being active, and I hope your pet can accompany me on some outdoor adventures!! Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
