I’ve particularly been around Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Labs, Great Danes, Goldens, Aussie Shepherds, Havanese, Dachshunds, Huskies, Chihuahuas, Doodles of all kinds, and of course many wonderful mixes. I have had dog parties/sleepovers/boarded at my home and for others in their homes. I’m super happy to cater to your pup’s unique preferences...I can make special foods, pop pills down expertly, change diapers, hang out at the dog park, play fetch, hit the trails, whatever your best friend likes best. She even offered to pick him up once to let us avoid the construction traffic back to her house. She did a great job feeding Koda his antibiotics and eye drops too. Corinne was very capable with our independent Great Pyrenees and he clearly loved staying with Corinne and her son. “Jana & Colten were amazing! We were in vail skiing for the day, she picked Levi up at the beginning of the day and dropped him off once we were done skiing. She was a great communicator and sent lots of adorable photos throughout the day. They got him out for lots of exercise so he was nice and exhausted once we got home. I had never left my dog with a stranger before but he took to her so well and jumped right into her car, I was shocked! About: I’ve had pets of all kinds under my care since childhood! I have extensive experience with bigger dogs but also cats and fish. Currently, I walk, feed, and take care of dogs almost every day. I have a full time job from 4:00pm - 10:00pm Thursday - Monday. Therefore, I have a lot free time during the day before my shifts. However, with off-season approaching in the Valley, I expect to have much more time available. About: I work very part-time and not during the summer at all. I take the girls every morning on a long walk, hike or to the river to play. They come everywhere with us in the car and to the kids outings. ideally the dog we are hosting loves to hike off leash and come for car rides. Dogs must love kids (three boys ages 8, 10 and 12) and our two sweet, docile female dogs. Our dogs are never home alone more than an hour a day and roam the house when so. We also foster regularly for a local rescue but I wouldn’t overlap our foster dogs with a client. I don’t work during the summer and the rest of the year it’s very part time. We walk or hike every morning. On days that aren’t too hot the girls come with me in the car for errands and to take my kids to their activities. We have an unfenced yard and a deck. Our girls just lay in the sun but I also have a tie out if your dog isn’t perfectly trustworthy. Dogs are allowed to roam the house and sleep on any bed :) If they like their crate i’m happy to set that up for them.
About: Not a professional dog trainer but I did raise my golden retriever since he was 8 weeks old and thought him a lot of commands I work full time in a restaurant so I mostly have the availability during my days off Monday/Tuesday but still open to help after/before work as well I live in Lionsridge in West Vail, this apartment complex allows dogs and has plenty of walking space around with some dog parks nearby as well
