About: I've been caring for dogs my entire life and bring a calm, attentive and intuitive approach to every dog i welcome into my home. I grew up caring for dogs and have owned both Golden Retrievers and a long-haired Dachshund, giving experience with a wide range of temperaments-from energetic and playful to gentle and sensitive. I provide a structured, safe and loving environment where dogs can feel at ease while maintaining their normal routines. I'm highly attentive to each dogs individual needs, whether it's exercise, companionship or simply a calm space to relax. Having hosted many dogs in my home and being a former dog owner looking for care over the years, I understand how important it is for both pets and owners to feel confident and comfortable. My 9-year-old son Bobby is kind, respectful and experienced with dogs adding to the warm, family style environment your dog will be a part of. Nestled in Red Cliff, our home offers a true mountain escape- endless fresh air, trails, a dogs dream playground I currently have full availability, I'm home throughout the day to provide loving, attentive care, regular walks, playtime and calm, consistent routine for every dog. Our home features a partially fenced yard, a peaceful low flow creek on the property and easy access to Red Cliffs dog friendly trails for leashed or unleashed adventures in the backcountry.

Our dogs were taken on multiple walks, hikes, and outings per day. They went sledding and shared videos of our puppy pulling the sled. We got multiple pictures, texts, and videos during the day to keep us posted and they were always walking, playing, or snuggly WITH Karen on the couch and good Lord it was cute!! About: Hi! I'm Kaile (Ki-la), or Auntie K, a born and raised Colorado mountain girl who moved back from Hawai’i where I dog sat full time for years. I moved back to Colorado to work as a social worker and working part time so the rest of my time is available to give your fur babies the best experience possible! I specialize in pups that need extra attention. Whether they need to be around people all day because of temperament or separation anxiety, if they have problems being around other dogs, perhaps they're shy and skittish, or maybe they have other behavior problems, or whatever other special needs your furry family members have needs, my background working for the human society and working with traumatized rescue dogs and special needs little humans in preschool. Give me the knowledge, temperament and experience to ensure the best experience for your pups. Those dogs are what I'm here for. I base my scheduling and pricing on having one pup with me at a time (unless they're "sibling" dogs from the same ohana), and if there's an occasion for overlap with another dog it will only be if I've notified you beforehand and gotten your permission. Please also keep that in mind when you're comparing prices and other dog sitters, while possibly having a yard and all of whom are amazing, offer services for multiple, often up to 7 dogs, at the same time. WHAT YOUR PUPS DAY WITH ME WILL BE LIKE I might not have a yard but we're right on the river as well as connected to a great walking trail system. I am at home all day every day, so I'm available for unlimited walks, hikes, potty breaks, whatever your pup needs. From the time you drop them off to the time you pick them up, I can guarantee I will be with them the entire time, playing ganes, going on walks or hikes, working on basic training, curled up on the couch for a nap or hanging out in the kitchen together as I cook dinner, feeding your pup in the kitchen so they're eating with me and my dad. ALL DAY ONE ON ONE EXPERIENCE! I will never leave your dog alone in my home, even if they are boarding over night. Many other area dog sitters work outside full time jobs, or are out of the house with their children for a good part of the day. They might require crate training, or will put your dog inside and be home only every 4-8 hours for a few short minutes for a quick shishi and water break. Would you pay for your toddler to be babysat all day with a family that, like yourself, works outside their home all day? Where they would leave your child in a locked room except for being let out twice a day for no longer than a potty and snack break? Why would you want the same for your fur baby? A DOG SITTING EXPERIENCE THAT'S LIKE A BABYSITTING/NANNY EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF A GLORIFIED HOME BASED KENNEL I don't have children living with me and currently I don't have my own dogs with me. When you dog is here with me, they're with me the entire time and I treat them exactly like they're my own fur babies. Starting at the end of August I will be taking FT classes at UH Manoa for my first of two years in their masters in social work program. Luckily 4 out of my 5 classes are online. Monday is the only day I will not be available because I will be on campus. Otherwise at least until January I will be available Tuesday through Sunday. Your pup's safety is my top priority. I live in a 7th floor condo with my father in Ko Olina. We have one lanai with sliding glass doors. I have an extra fence that I put up when I have tiny pups to keep them safe. We have one wide open room for the kitchen and living room so your dogs will always be in my sight even if I'm not directly interacting with them. I don't let any dog leave my front door without their collar and leash, and if they have one their harness. I go on lots of walks and adventures, even occasional runs and hikes depending on the dog and 'ohana wishes but I will never take them off leash. There is a dog park in Ewa that provides a secure off leash area. Its not somewhere I go often but with one of my regular pups, their parents okayed taking him there. I will only utilize this option after first speaking with you and getting your okay. I will only take one dog at a time (two if they're the same ohana) and always be with them. I know with COVID winding down socialization is a concern of many of our dog ohanas. I will sometimes have more than one dog staying with me. Most commonly its for an ohana with two pups. The other times they're dogs from two of my regular clients. I never have a new dog at the same time as another, even a regular. I like to spend time bonding with your pup and getting to know their personality and how they interact with other dogs. If they do well I will ask you if you're okay with your pup having playtime with another dog I know. Two of my regular pups are now BFF! Especially after COVID many puppy parents are concerned about their furry family member being socialized correctly. This is my aim whenever I have more than one dog. I never have more than one or two more, and I make it a point to provide even more direct interaction to help your dogs learn to or continue to socialize with their puppy friends in the safest and healthiest way possible! I have worked at the humane society in Colorado and volunteered in multiple shelters. I have basic dog and cat first aid training.

About: I had my whole life dogs and I had the last 15 years taking care about my own dogs. I love to walk them and since I have not anymore my own dogs I love to help other people out to taking care there dogs. Dogs makes me always happy and I’m always feeling so grateful when I know a dog doesn’t has to be alone at home and can meet some new friends I’m available during the week every time I’m just working part-time on weekends. So I’m flexible on weeks. And I missed the walks so much with my dogs and I would love to hang out again with some dogs and helping humans when they have short time for her dogs I like to play and walking with the dogs but also I like to cuddle the dogs if they like it or they are really needy. Feeding for sure and I can also give them bath if they need and if the customer wanted and helps them out

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have two dogs and two cats of my own, so caring for pets is a huge part of my everyday life. I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, boundaries, and way of communicating, and I take the time to make sure each pet feels comfortable and safe with me. I’ve also worked closely with professional dog trainers with my own dogs, which has given me experience with training techniques, reinforcing good behaviors, maintaining consistency with commands, and understanding canine body language. I’m very attentive to the signals animals give and am comfortable adjusting my approach. Animals tend to warm up to me quickly, and I genuinely love building trust with them. Whether your pet wants lots of playtime and attention or prefers someone who will patiently let them come around at their own pace, I’m happy to meet them where they are. Most importantly, I’ll care for your pets with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own. My schedule is currently wide open, as I am searching for a full time job. I am excited to be able to pet sit in the mean time :) I prioritize making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I'm attentive to body language and will always respect each pet's individual boundaries and personality. I'm happy to follow your normal feeding, walking, training, and medication routines so your pet has as much consistency as possible while you're away. I'll also be sure to send as many pictures as possible, because I also enjoy receiving those!

About: Helping care for pets is especially meaningful to me because my own pets are an extension of who I am. From outdoor adventures to cozy cuddles, I treat every furry friend like family and love keeping owners updated along the way. My dogs get walked twice a day and let out midday, we would rather be outside. I usually get out earlier in the morning due to the heat! I manage dogs in my home and in others’ homes with a balance of freedom, structure, and respect. In my own space, dogs have free range with a few furniture boundaries, constant access to fresh water, and regular bathroom breaks. When caring for pets in another home, I strictly follow all homeowner rules and routines to ensure pets feel comfortable and consistency is maintained.

About: Not a professional dog trainer but I did raise my golden retriever since he was 8 weeks old and thought him a lot of commands I work full time in a restaurant so I mostly have the availability during my days off Monday/Tuesday but still open to help after/before work as well I live in Lionsridge in West Vail, this apartment complex allows dogs and has plenty of walking space around with some dog parks nearby as well

About: I have raised 3 dogs from puppyhood with my family and have taken care of my friends and family’s dogs. I had experience with puppies and older dogs. I work part time jobs meaning I have plenty of time for your animals and to prioritize their needs. I have my own vehicle and live with my family. I have a fenced in yard with 2 very friendly dogs up in Redcliff. My dogs spend most of their time outside and with people. There is typically someone always in the house meaning the animals are never left alone for long periods!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was in elementary school sitting for neighbors or friends friends. I also have a dog of my own! I am a current nighttime snowmaker at the Beaver Creek Ski Resort! I would love to take care of pups around town in my free time! I live near hiking trails and around a lot of residential streets. We have a golf course as a backyard for frisbee or ball games!

About: I have had dogs ever since I could remember as a kid. I have experience sitting for small, big, old, young, and medically complex animals, also including cats and reptiles. I have administered medications/observed certain pets as well that needed a little extra attention. I really enjoy engaging your pets in the routines you have set for them and being silly with them to bring them out of their shells. I miss having my own dogs who have sadly passed from childhood and would love to spend time with them! I currently work early mornings, but can switch that around, Friday-Wednesday, usually off by 3pm. I would be able to house sit any of these days and do walks any morning and afternoon! I ensure I understand expectations from every owner on their routines and desires. I ensure I keep the place clean and give the animals the space, as well as attention, they need! I try my best to mimick what their usual routine is so when the owners get back, the transition is smooth and less anxiety stricken for both parties.

About: I grew up with a rescue dog, raising him from a puppy all the way through his life. This came with challenges due to his background, and he required a lot of extra care and training. I am very used to puppies or dogs that may be extra energetic or need extra attention. I am still surrounded my family members' dogs, and I have housesat for other dogs in the past as well for weeks at a time. I thoroughly enjoy playing with them and helping out when I can. Although I don't have a dog myself right now, I will always take an opportunity to hang out with a dog while helping the owner out as well! I currently work a full time job, but my hours are flexible, so I have some time before/during/after work. I also get an hour break in the middle of my day, which is a great time to take a dog for a walk or stop by and let the dog out. Weekdays are best, but I am usually around on weekends as well. I don't currently have any pets, but when I had a dog we had an electric fence and were able to let him out to run freely. I am used to walking dogs on leashes, but happy to let them off leash or take to the dog park at the owner's discretion. I always discuss with the owner what toys the dog is allowed to have, how much to feed them, how often they should be let out, how many walks a day, how they act with other dogs, and overall care in the home.

About: Bill Murray says it best: “I’m suspicious of people who don’t like dogs, but I trust a dog when it doesn’t like a person.” I’m an all-around absolute animal lover but there’s just that something about dogs that I drool over. Dogs understand me and I understand them, similar to whisperer status. I’ve been known to greet dogs before I acknowledge its human(s) but I know none of you blame me for that! Trust that I’ll treat your pup as if it’s my own human child, and because I don’t have one of those, I’m extremely grateful and tickled for the opportunity to share my love with your best fur friend(s).
