Our dogs were taken on multiple walks, hikes, and outings per day. They went sledding and shared videos of our puppy pulling the sled. We got multiple pictures, texts, and videos during the day to keep us posted and they were always walking, playing, or snuggly WITH Karen on the couch and good Lord it was cute!! She is an all-star and you couldn't ask for a better fur baby sitter. My kids wanted to give her five bajillioon stars, but it wasn't an option. She's the best!”

About: I've been caring for dogs my entire life and bring a calm, attentive and intuitive approach to every dog i welcome into my home. I grew up caring for dogs and have owned both Golden Retrievers and a long-haired Dachshund, giving experience with a wide range of temperaments-from energetic and playful to gentle and sensitive. I provide a structured, safe and loving environment where dogs can feel at ease while maintaining their normal routines. I'm highly attentive to each dogs individual needs, whether it's exercise, companionship or simply a calm space to relax. Having hosted many dogs in my home and being a former dog owner looking for care over the years, I understand how important it is for both pets and owners to feel confident and comfortable. My 9-year-old son Bobby is kind, respectful and experienced with dogs adding to the warm, family style environment your dog will be a part of. Nestled in Red Cliff, our home offers a true mountain escape- endless fresh air, trails, a dogs dream playground I currently have full availability, I'm home throughout the day to provide loving, attentive care, regular walks, playtime and calm, consistent routine for every dog. Our home features a partially fenced yard, a peaceful low flow creek on the property and easy access to Red Cliffs dog friendly trails for leashed or unleashed adventures in the backcountry.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. I enjoy sitting other people’s pets and playing with them. I have a heart for animals. I can’t wait to meet your pets! I am currently working part time. I still have plenty of time to love and play with your pets. We will have a blast and good quality time! I have a fenced in backyard that my two dogs and cat love to mess around in. I know what it takes to love and care for a pet. Your pet will be treated as my own!

About: I grew up in a family that raised seeing eye dogs, so caring for dogs has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love animals and I’m comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and routines. New to Rover but excited to meet new local fur friends! I am also a photographer & can send you adorable pics of your cute pup(s) if you’d like. I have a very flexible schedule and lots of availability. Happy to walk or hang with your fur baby while you're away. Often available for last minute emergencies! I work as a freelance photographer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available most days. I’m happy to help with regular walks, drop ins, house sitting, and last minute needs when they come up. If you have an emergency or unexpected change in plans, please feel free to reach out! I’m not currently able to host pets in my own home, but I’m happy to care for them in their home where they feel most comfortable. I’m respectful, professional, and very mindful of keeping your space clean, secure, and even better than you left it.

About: I have raised 3 dogs from puppyhood with my family and have taken care of my friends and family’s dogs. I had experience with puppies and older dogs. I work part time jobs meaning I have plenty of time for your animals and to prioritize their needs. I have my own vehicle and live with my family. I have a fenced in yard with 2 very friendly dogs up in Redcliff. My dogs spend most of their time outside and with people. There is typically someone always in the house meaning the animals are never left alone for long periods!

About: I am responsible and communicative during your pets stay. This ensures you always know what is going on while keeping your pet happy and healthy! I work in Avon for the local science center which provides a flexible schedule! I hope to find time to work with you and your fur babies! I am always safe when it comes to pets and follow the rules instructed. I take extra precautions like keeping your dog away from pets it doesn’t know and keeping them on leashed walks.

About: Life is better with dogs and I often say we don’t deserve them! I’ve grown up with dogs and currently have 4 adorable miniature dachshunds. I wanted 2 more but my partner threw down the hammer on me saying no. I’ve used Rover in the past and had some really amazing experiences and one, not so great experience, so I understand the value in finding the right person to stay, play and take care of your loved ones. I’ve always valued my caretaker sending plenty of photos and videos while I’m away, so I always said if I did this for others, I would do the same! Trust and reliability are the most important things I’ve always looked for in having someone stay in my home with my pets while I’m away, and that’s what you get from me! I am currently retired and am fully available day and night! My partner and our 4 dogs stay at our house in Denver full time, and I stay at my house here in the Vail Valley, so there are no conflicts with my schedule. I would be the only person taking care of your pets! Pets are children. Always have been and always will be in my book. I love to play with, walk and snuggle them. I like to give them the same unconditional love they give us.

About: I grew up on a small farm where I helped care for our dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks and rabbits. Now I have a rambunctious coonhound who always wants to head out for a walk and can play well after he should. I enjoy taking him out to dog parks, walks in open spaces and off leash time in the National Forest. I would love to help you with your pups walking needs. whether you have a high energy dogs that needs some trail running, or a dog that would prefer a more mundane city park I can accommodate either one and all dogs in between. I have a job that affords the ability to take a dog walk or stop over for a quick feeding at any time of day or night I only frequent parks and areas that are safe so me and your dog will be as well. I would only walk your dog by itself or with his siblings. Also I would not go to off-leash dog parks unless specifically requested.

About: I’ve lived and cared for animals since I was 8 years old, starting with dogs and rats, to even birds and cats! Im a huge animal lover and super patient with my fur babies. I’m working a part-time job about 4 days a week so I‘ve had a lot of free-time for doggie walks and pet sits! It is best to reach me by my phone number or through the app so we can figure out a time that works between us. I have an apartment in Avon Colorado with an outdoor area for walks and a balcony to rest on. It’s spacious inside for a large bed and toys as well!

About: I had my whole life dogs and I had the last 15 years taking care about my own dogs. I love to walk them and since I have not anymore my own dogs I love to help other people out to taking care there dogs. Dogs makes me always happy and I’m always feeling so grateful when I know a dog doesn’t has to be alone at home and can meet some new friends I’m available during the week every time I’m just working part-time on weekends. So I’m flexible on weeks. And I missed the walks so much with my dogs and I would love to hang out again with some dogs and helping humans when they have short time for her dogs I like to play and walking with the dogs but also I like to cuddle the dogs if they like it or they are really needy. Feeding for sure and I can also give them bath if they need and if the customer wanted and helps them out

About: I have always had a love for animals. I have had dogs always growing up and have taken care of lots of different animals. I have a 4 year old aussie who has lots of energy and loves other dogs! I work remotely & a few days a week in person so I am able to be flexible & move my schedule around for pet’s needs! I live right by a very nice hiking trail and have access to walking trails, swimming spots for the dogs & the dog park as well.

About: I genuinely enjoy taking care of, playing and loving pets! I have been around animals my whole life & it makes life so much more fulfilling. I have two cats and a dog of my own & have been the dog/cat auntie for many friends with pets. I love taking pets on adventures, hiking, parks, kayaking, paddle boarding, cuddling up on the couch, playing fetch, tug of war or learning new tricks. Pets add so much love and joy to our lives, they give love without question & it’s so meaningful to experience. I have volunteered at animal shelters in the USVI and SC. I also volunteered at a Donkey rehabilitation center in USVI taking care of donkeys, goats & horses. Rover is currently my main job so I should have availability in my schedule as of right now. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I work in the morning some days and nights some days. So my schedule varies. But, I always will have some time during the day. I have a very friendly fur baby of my own, so must be dog friendly. But I have a large living room with a spare bedroom, so I have plenty of room.
