About: Five years and running in Summit County. My love of animals is noticeable and after having spent many a day and weekend taking care of my friends and neighbors furbabies (including running with their dogs), I've decided to make dog/cat sitting a more permanent side hobby. As a pet owner myself (both cats and dogs), I understand how important a cat/dog sitter is to the wellbeing of both the owner and their pet(s). Therefore, I'll do all that I can to make sure I provide a fun, safe and positive experience for everyone. I am a consultant so my hours are somewhat flexible during the week and weekends. Let me know how I can help. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide dependable care and accommodate a variety of pet care needs. I am available for drop in visits, feeding, playtime, companionship, and overnight stays depending on the location. My priority is creating a safe calm and comfortable environment where pets can maintain their routine and feel secure. In a clients home I respect the pets established schedule and the owners preferences, including feeding routines, medications, exercise, playtime and household guidelines. I pay close attention to behavior and well-being and provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and cared for.

About: I'm a caring and experienced pet caregiver who genuinely loves animals. I’ve also been a dedicated nurse for 10 years. I know how important it is to care for each unique pet and give them the love and attention they need. I've taken care of dogs with different needs, including health issues like seizures and anxiety, so I’m comfortable handling special situations and making sure your pet feels safe and cared for. The dates I list as available are days when I or my spouse are off from work and home 100%. As I work part-time as a nurse (2 days/week), I have plenty of time to play with your pups and give them the attention they need during our available days. My husband, Paul, and I are in our 30s and have lived in Silverthorne for the past 6 years. I’m a nurse, while he’s an environmental scientist. We love the outdoors and enjoy exploring the beautiful trails around our home. Although I am newer to Rover, I bring years of hands-on experience caring for dogs with various needs. My husband and I have both cared for pups in every stage of life. We are fully dedicated to providing your pet with the love and care they deserve. We live in a clean, pet-friendly, spacious 3-bedroom duplex (no roommates). Our shared yard is smaller, but the surrounding walkable areas have plenty of trails for outdoor adventures and exercise year-round — summer or winter! 
I currently have one dog of my own, who is older and very good with other pups. He’s a calm, friendly guy and will make your dogs feel at home with us. I am experienced in managing multiple pets and ensuring everyone feels safe and loved. As a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and compassionate. I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. About: Love borrowing my friends dogs for hikes! I do a lot of hiking alone, so it makes me feel a little bit safer to take a pup on a hike with me. Hikes are about an hour long. I have several long time clients throughout the county, that I help while out of town or walk dogs weekly. I have watched cats, Small dogs, all the way up to an Alaskan Malamutes, she just passed away so I am looking for a new dog bff. I have taken care of dogs my whole life and have dog sat for different families for years so I am used to a variety of dogs and their different needs. I have a small, unfenced in patio/yard and a park across the street from home. I’m a busy bartender and server on the weekends, so weekdays I’m more available to help out more full time. Over nights are doable more full time! I have several long time clients throughout the county, that I help while out of town or walk dogs weekly. About: I have experience with fosters, rescues, puppies, and the elderly dogs! I regularly take care of my mom’s 3 dogs and 4 cats, and I'm looking to take care of someone else's pup locally in Summit County. I can bathe, walk, feed, play with, and do so much more. In high school, I helped my mom foster dogs, so I understand the care and patience that goes into meeting any dog. I have a basic understanding of puppy training, and I am familiar with treat training. I am also very good with beagles :) I’m currently working part time, so I am very flexible. I work Tues Thurs Fri but am available after 6pm on those days. I travel periodically on the weekends but will make sure to keep my availability updated. Mondays and Wednesdays are typically very open for me! When in your home I will be respectful of boundaries. I understand that for a dog, having a stranger enter your home can be overwhelming and scary. I will create a calm and welcoming environment, keep water bowls filled, respect the owner's wishes about toys/treats/furniture, and I will monitor the pup at all times if let outside to a fenced yard. Same goes for walks. I will always proceed with caution, even if your dog isn’t reactive. I keep a proper grip on leashes to ensure your dog can’t slip away. And I also make sure that walks are catered to your dog’s need for enrichment. If your dog prefers to sniff the same spot for 10 minutes, I’ll respect that.

About: I am an experienced veterinary technician who loves all animals. I've been pet sitting on the side for twelve years now while working and going to school. I received my bachelor's in zoology from Colorado State University in 2018. I love what I do, and I can provide exceptional care for your fur babies. If they need special care (medications, treatment, etc.) I am able to provide that. I am also able to give baths and trim their nails if needed. I moved to Silverthorne one year ago, and would love to help care for your pets in my free time! I do work full twelve hour shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday at an animal hospital, so I am unavailable those days, but I have full availability Sunday through Wednesday! I love playing fetch with dogs and being outdoors! Hiking is one of my favorite activities. I can absolutely also be a hermit and hang out indoors with the kitties or older dogs who aren’t up for being outside anymore.

About: I recently lost my puppy of 14 years, who was my world, so I decided to sign up to love on other dogs. I have volunteered at numerous shelters; taken training classes and first aid courses. I work from home part time, and am used to having a pup in-tow. I am almost always home and available, or outside carrying a leash. I am flexible and able to house sit and drop in. 5 min drive off I70 Exit 205 silverthorne. I know I just signed up, but am experienced and have plenty of time and space for your dog! You'll see 😁 I work from home, a few hrs per day. So that gives me a lot of flexibility and time for your pet. I am also available to house sit and do drop ins. I will provide a safe and caring home for your pup by offering daily exercise and playtime (and love), ensuring fresh food and water are always available, maintaining a clean and secure living environment, and seeking any veterinary care. I will also make sure your pet is comfortable and well loved, with plenty of attention and affection! 😊 I can send daily photos on request.

About: I have had large dogs my entire life, along with cats and have been caring for them along side my family for just that long. I will walk and play with them regularly, they will get a lot of love and attention. I am a very active person so I can definitely offer them lots of play time. I can also provide any additional care needed. I have experience giving medicine, caring for injuries, special feeding needs and other things of the like. I have experience training dogs as well and work well with all levels of trained dogs—from experienced to novice. When staying in others’ homes, I will be respectful and caring of the space as well as your pet(s). I hope to provide the best care for your pet! I am currently working full time so Im primarily free to walk your pups in the early morning and evening, let them out to use the bathroom, drop by, or whatever you need! In my clients’ homes I tend to be as respectful and caring of the space as I can be! I will be open and clear in my communication with the owner, and follow directions to a T!
