We specialize in "on-the-go" care, taking full advantage of the nearby paths, hiking trails, and park for long walks, fetch sessions, and fresh air. Your pet will enjoy a fun stay with constant companionship and plenty of variety.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 8 years old and grew up around a wide variety of pets. I’m a genuine animal lover and understand that every dog has a different personality, energy level, and comfort needs. I currently have an 8 YO chocolate lab who has never met a dog (or person) he doesn’t like. Because of that, I’m very experienced with socialization, active dogs, and reading canine behavior. I’m also certified in Cat & Dog First Aid through the American Red Cross, so your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always a top priority. Whether your pup loves adventures and hikes or prefers a calm and relaxing environment, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. I work for a local public safety agency, which gives me 4 consecutive days off every week and a very flexible schedule. On my days off, I spend a lot of time outdoors and typically take dogs on hikes, walks, and adventures around Summit County. Because of my schedule, I’m able to provide plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day instead of leaving pets alone for long periods of time. I live in a single family residence with a private yard, giving your pup space to relax, play, and decompress if needed. I can also provide crate accommodations for dogs who are crate trained or more comfortable with their own space. I always prioritize safety, supervision, and a calm environment. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and secure while in my care.

Having hosted many dogs in my home and being a former dog owner looking for care over the years, I understand how important it is for both pets and owners to feel confident and comfortable. My 9-year-old son Bobby is kind, respectful and experienced with dogs adding to the warm, family style environment your dog will be a part of. Nestled in Red Cliff, our home offers a true mountain escape- endless fresh air, trails, a dogs dream playground I currently have full availability, I'm home throughout the day to provide loving, attentive care, regular walks, playtime and calm, consistent routine for every dog. Our home features a partially fenced yard, a peaceful low flow creek on the property and easy access to Red Cliffs dog friendly trails for leashed or unleashed adventures in the backcountry.
