She gave him lots of attention, introduced him to a Snuffle Mat and sent us daily pictures and videos of our sweet boy. We were gone for over 2 weeks and Karen was able to stay right in our home so that Scout felt comfortable and safe. Karen is a true caretaker and has years of experience with her own animal family. About: As far back as I can remember I have always had a fondness for dogs. This love and obsession has pushed me to pursue a career in the canine world, and now I currently manage a dog daycare/hotel franchise as my day job. But even when I’m not there, I am always with a dog. Whether it is my own, a friends, or a family member, I keep the best and the furriest of company! I am familiar with many types of breeds and personally prefer the big and fluffy, or even the more intimidating looking pups. But big or small I love them all and I believe earning a dogs trust is more valuable than gold! I do work full time during the week but I am available anytime after 2:00 Monday through Friday. I have open availability on the weekends If your dog has a set routine I can accommodate their needs however necessary. I also have my own pup that I can bring along to give yours a friend! About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

As a carer for your pet I would ensure your pet receives as much love and exercise as they would like just as I did for my pet.
