Animals have been a part of my life since childhood, from our show dog who was an Irish Wolfhound to being a rescue mom to smaller terriers. I have a senior dog called Texas who is a little sheriff around here! She likes to watch the scene as it makes her feel like part of the action. At nearly 18 years old, she is still going strong and wants to just do doggy things! By having other dogs around, it keeps her active and mentally stimulated. My home is a warm, clean and comfortable space. I offer lots of attention, affection and fun! WHY DOGS LOVE STAYING WITH ME I provide a safe home environment where dogs become part of the daily lives of my family. Your pup will enjoy plenty of companionship, attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax. Because I spend so much time at home, your dog won’t simply be dropped off and left alone for long periods. They’ll be part of the action! Every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know each guest and their unique personality, routine, and preferences. I have a lot of experience with many different breeds of dogs. We like to think of our dogs as perfect but they all have that little things they do! I know their quirks (I see you counter surfers!) and emotional needs (I see you doodles!) It is very helpful to know all about your pet before they arrive here for their stay. Whether your pup is energetic and playful, loves long walks, enjoys making new friends, or would rather curl up for a cozy nap. Also, if they eat tissues, or garbage dip or counter surf? We can accommodate all different personalities with proper notice. Not everyone is perfect! I will do my best to make them feel comfortable and happy. We can also discuss at quick 15 minute meet and greet which is required for any boardings with me. For first time guests on longer stays over 7 days, an overnight experience is required. (Exceptions can made for out of town guests or emergencies!) About: Hello, my name is Tatiana! I’m a 28-year-old living in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and a proud Rutgers University alumna with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine! I’ve been in love with animals of all kind for as long as I can remember, driving me to pursue this degree! While at Rutgers, I gained hands-on experience working with horses, cows, goats, sheep, and pigs on the university farm. Additionally, I’ve spent over five years as a veterinary assistant and surgical nurse at a pet hospital, specializing in the care of cats and dogs. I’m proficient in administering oral medications and subcutaneous or intramuscular injections. I also have experience with chemotherapy medications, having cared for my dog, who has had a bladder tumor for nearly three years. I share my home with a grumpy 14-year-old Bichon Frise/Shih-Tzu and a 4-year-old Scottish Fold cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, whom I rescued during my time at the veterinary clinic. My love for animals knows no bounds, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own! About: If you're looking for a dog-lover and loyal caretaker, I'm here for you and your pet! I'm happy to provide a loving space for your pet while you travel, or walks when needed. I work from home mostly--I am in the office two days a week (every Tuesday and Wednesday.) All other days I am flexible with my schedule. Pets are welcome on my furniture--while they are here, they are free to make themselves comfortable! Playtime, walks and car rides (if they like them) are encouraged.

About: I have watched pets most of my life of friends, and family. I take the time to get to know their personalities, routines, and special needs, because I believe every pet deserves personalized care and attention. I have a traditional 9–5 job Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays. Morning would feed and walk. Lunch would be midday walk, which my job is about 10 minute from home. Evening would be walk, spending play time and evening feeding. Weekends I’m home spending time with pet. I have plenty of room to accommodate your pets space. I can also crate if you want. I also have a large front yard for play time. There are sidewalks all through town, which is close to my home for walks.

About: Hi there! I can’t wait to welcome your pet into my home. Dogs and cats who stay here are treated like guests of honor, with all the care and attention I bestow upon my own pets. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, pets are allowed to roam freely in a cozy, familiar home environment — no rows of kenneled dogs here! I’m very selective about the pets I accept. I usually only accept a maximum of 3-4 dogs at once. I meet every new pet before booking, and I usually won’t accept more than one new dog at a time, alongside repeat clients. This ensures that I’m familiar with how all the dogs will interact with each other, with only one new variable, thus avoiding potentially uncomfortable or dangerous situations for your pet. I’ve always loved animals, and with more than 15 years of pet care under my belt, I have the knowledge and experience to provide your pets with the best care possible. I take the responsibility of caring for your pets very seriously, and I’m certified by the American Red Cross in Cat and Dog First Aid. Earliest drop off or pickup is at 8 am. Latest drop off or pickup is at 8 pm on weekdays, 9 pm on weekends. I’m also available for drop-ins at your home, every day except Saturday mornings. (I’m available Saturday evenings instead.) For Dogs: I have a large, unfenced backyard that dogs love exploring on a 50-foot long leash - so many scents to sniff and chipmunks to chase! I’m always there to monitor them - dogs are never left alone outdoors. Water is always available, and I work from home so I’m around the majority of the day to keep them happy and safe. What you’ll need to send: Their regular food is the most important thing to send, as dogs can get upset stomach from sudden dietary changes. You can also send their favorite treats, and a favorite toy. If they tend to pull on the leash, a front-latch harness, rubber-tipped prong collar, or gentle leader is appreciated. Bowls, beds, brushes, litter bags etc. are all unnecessary, as I have extras of all these supplies. For puppies, a crate may be necessary, depending on their level of potty training. For Cats: The cats have a comfy lounge downstairs, with food, water, litter boxes, and scratching posts. The dogs are not allowed downstairs, so the cats can get all the space they need from the dogs. The cats are free to move upstairs and downstairs as they prefer. All cats are indoors only. I have a lot of wide, accessible windowsills that they love chilling on to watch birds and squirrels outside, as well as battery-operated and automated toys that they can chase and play with on their own. What you’ll need to send: their regular food (wet and dry) and treats. Cat litter is also appreciated. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible and I’m home most of the day. I have a spacious home that can accommodate giving multiple animals space, and I can keep animals separated from each other if necessary. I've always loved animals of all kinds, and I currently have my own dog and 3 cats.
