About: Animals have been a part of my life since childhood, from our show dog who was an Irish Wolfhound to being a rescue mom to smaller terriers. I have cared for horses, chickens, bunnies which included pets with special handicaps. With deep empathy and natural connection, I understand animals on an intuitive level. I have trained puppies, comforted seniors and welcomed countless creatures who somehow find their way to my home. Your pet will find a home away from home here with me, safe, loving-and I look forward to offering the same love I show all animals to your beloved pet. All the animals in my home live in harmony together. Some visitors marvel at that fact but it's how I treat each animal with love and care that fosters this environment. All needs are met and everyone is happy! I am home during the day and available to provide attentive care for your pet. I may step out briefly for errands or other chores but will ensure your pet's needs are fully met and they get plenty of company and care. Our home is on one acre with a fenced in yard and great area for walking with lots of trees in a peaceful setting. I have a senior dog (17 yo) that loves company. We also have cats which are friendly and curious.

About: Hi, I’m Erin. I love animals and grew up with two dogs and two cats, and currently have one little chihuahua of my own! I’m 29 years old have a pretty flexible schedule and my dog LOVES other dogs. I previously worked at The Madison Dog Hotel, so I’m very comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have a lot of experience with animals and my brother has worked for Petco and is now a dog trainer of almost 10 years, so he knows almost everything when it comes to dogs. I’ve fostered a puppy in the past and loved it! I’ve worked with dogs that are young and hyper and well as those that are older and may have some disabilities, so I’m comfortable with anything. I’ll treat your dog just like I treat my own- like royalty! I’m currently not employed so I have all day to dedicate my time and energy to spending time with your guy/girl when you can’t! I have a fenced property that is available for use if the dog has a history of eloping and follow all instructions given by owners.

About: I personally own two labradoodles myself. I have volunteered at multiple rescues, been a dog walker, trainer, and provided home sitting. This job needs attention to detail and care and that is exactly what I provide. Safety is priority. All animals that come under my care are brought out in a fenced yard or on a leash. Belly rubs, cuddles, and scratches are second priority! I am happy to send videos from walks together. Very dependable and reliable. I will treat your pet as if it were my own! I am available for mornings, afternoons, and evenings 7 days a week! I need at least three days notice so I can schedule this in. I have a fenced yard. Even with a fenced in yard I will keep your dog on a leash unless told otherwise. I will check dogs for tics.

“Elizabeth had quite the scare today walking Iggy. Iggy went off happily with Aunt Liz for a first time walk. They had a good walk until Iggy saw 8 flying deer in our local park ( where I had asked her to walk Iggy). Iggy pulls when she sees deer and pulled a bit too hard and got loose. Elizabeth ran after her but Iggy runs pretty fast. She couldn’t contact me because it was my Sabbath. Therefore, Elizabeth called the police and asked local folks for help. Within half an hour, Iggy was found by the police near the park and returned to Elizabeth who had photos of Iggy to prove that she was Iggys dog walker. I picked Elizabeth as a dog walker because of her solid reviews. Despite this being a very scary situation, Elizabeth kept her cool snd did all the right things to get Iggy safely home. And the pics are adorable!!!”

While at Rutgers, I gained hands-on experience working with horses, cows, goats, sheep, and pigs on the university farm. Additionally, I’ve spent over five years as a veterinary assistant and surgical nurse at a pet hospital, specializing in the care of cats and dogs. I’m proficient in administering oral medications and subcutaneous or intramuscular injections. I also have experience with chemotherapy medications, having cared for my dog, who has had a bladder tumor for nearly three years. I share my home with a grumpy 14-year-old Bichon Frise/Shih-Tzu and a 4-year-old Scottish Fold cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, whom I rescued during my time at the veterinary clinic.
