About: In addition to having my own family dog, I grew up taking care of other family & neighbors’ pets. This included regular walks, feeding, and overnight care. I’ve now been doing Rover for the last 6 years, taking care of dozens of dogs and cats, most of which return for recurring care — from drops ins to daycare and week+ long overnight stays. “We have an anxious 15 year old dog who needs lots of love and anxiety medication, so finding the right person to take care of her while we are gone is hard. We had left our cat with Aletris before and she was awesome, so we decided to see how she and our dog would be together and we are over the moon with the care she gave our pup. Not only did my dog, Ellie eat THE WHOLE time we were away, but she was genuinely happy to see and be cared for by Aletris! We were on the other side of the world in Australia and then had a wedding as soon as we got back and every day we got beautifully detailed reports with pictures and videos of how our fur babies were doing! Not only that but she brought in our mail and our many many packages and also disposed of the trash for us that we had forgotten to take with us and you can leave it out because we have bears, so she physically took it with her.
