About: In addition to having my own family dog, I grew up taking care of other family & neighbors’ pets. This included regular walks, feeding, and overnight care. I’ve now been doing Rover for the last 6 years, taking care of dozens of dogs and cats, most of which return for recurring care — from drops ins to daycare and week+ long overnight stays. About: I have always owned/ cared for pets my entire life, which makes 25 years of caring for pets. I went to SUNY Alfred State College of technology, where I received my associates degree in veterinary technology, as well as a bachelors degree in technology management Fall of 2021. I started off volunteering at animal shelters in the fall of 2016. I worked as a Kennel assistant throughout the years of 2016 to 2020. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant from 2020 to 2023. I am currently a Veterinary Technician (Emergency animal nurse) at Veterinary Emergency Group. I have animal training, grooming, and Veterinary medical experience. I work a full time job at Veterinary Emergency Group three days a week. 12 hour shifts. I can also bring pets to work with me as well. So I am available all days out of the week. I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a hiking trail around the corner from my home where I walk my own dogs daily. Pets will never be put in a crate. (Unless you prefer for them to be crated) They are welcomed to walk around my house, on the couch, and in my bed. I feed my dogs twice a day and they get walked 3-4 times a day. Whenever I have to run errands they stay at home with pee pee pads located around the house.
