“Jeff Harrow is a kind, caring, creative, and wonderful person. His love for animals is apparent in how he has treated his past pets and his current dog, Tobie. Jeff's pets have all stolen his heart and become a true member of his family. Jeff treats all animals with love and respect. Jeff is an avid hiker who enjoys daily hikes with Tobie. He also spends time with Tobie throughout the day playing frisbee, throwing the ball, building him snow castles (if there is snow), or simply sitting side by side as he watches TV or is on his computer. Tobie also has his own couch in the bedroom, but can usually be found on the big bed. :) I highly recommend Jeff as a responsible and loving pet caregiver.”
