“Elizabeth had quite the scare today walking Iggy. Iggy went off happily with Aunt Liz for a first time walk. They had a good walk until Iggy saw 8 flying deer in our local park ( where I had asked her to walk Iggy). Iggy pulls when she sees deer and pulled a bit too hard and got loose. Elizabeth ran after her but Iggy runs pretty fast. She couldn’t contact me because it was my Sabbath. Therefore, Elizabeth called the police and asked local folks for help. Within half an hour, Iggy was found by the police near the park and returned to Elizabeth who had photos of Iggy to prove that she was Iggys dog walker. I picked Elizabeth as a dog walker because of her solid reviews. Despite this being a very scary situation, Elizabeth kept her cool snd did all the right things to get Iggy safely home. And the pics are adorable!!!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was four years old, and they’ve always been a huge part of my life. Caring for them has never felt like a chore—it’s something I truly love. I’ve always had a special connection with dogs, and my friends and family joke that I’m a “dog whisperer” because dogs seem to gravitate toward me everywhere I go. Whether I’m on vacation or just out running errands, I can’t resist stopping to say hello to every dog I see. I’m also the kind of person who goes to a party and ends up spending most of my time playing with the dogs instead of socializing! I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and attention. My childhood dog recently passed away after 16 wonderful years, and during her senior years I gave her daily medication, made sure our walks were comfortable with plenty of breaks, and, most importantly, gave her all the love and care she deserved. I also have a senior Chihuahua-Poodle mix who needs daily medication and occasional help getting onto the couch or bed, so I’m very comfortable caring for older dogs and understanding their unique needs. I also have a younger dog that I raised and helped potty train, and I’ve taught her several fun tricks, giving me experience with puppies and basic training as well. What sets me apart is that I treat every dog as if they were my own. I pay close attention to their personality, energy level, and routine to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel happy and every owner feel confident knowing their furry family member is in caring hands. Pet care has always been part of my daily routine. I have two dogs of my own, so every day includes feeding them, taking them on walks, giving one of my senior dogs his daily medication, playing with them, and making sure they get plenty of love and attention. About: I strive to make the lives of our furry friends as fulfilling and fun as possible! I'm very comfortable taking care of any pet, and I have taken care of senior animals who require insulin shots and meticulous diets. One of my favorite electives at university was my 'Psychology of our Pets' class where we learned about how to best care for our furry friends and keep them active and healthy. I have owned dogs, cats, and even birds! Since I'm home from university for the summer, I'm pretty much available at the drop of a dime! While I would prefer a day's notice, I should be able to take care of your pet within two hours of your request. I believe that activities and fun are just as important for pets as they are for humans. Who wants to be stuck in their house all day? I know tons of dog-friendly walking trails, and I'd love to spend a few hours with them & make sure they are well-exercised. I've dealt with a lot of dietary restrictions for pets, so I can follow any directions very closely if needed. For Cats/Kittens, I have a few toys I'd be happy to bring, and even a harness if they want to explore outside for a few minutes!

About: As a kid, my family would often take care of our friend's dogs, but we never had one of our own. Now, I'm a dad of three young humans and one bundle of fluff named Simba. Oh and let's not forget Victoria, our rabbit. We love havinganimals, and we still love watching other people's animals too. I'm also offering to house-sit, and take other people's dogs (either solo or with my Simba) for walks. I mostly work from home and never leave a dog alone while in my care. We take several walks per day, including morning, lunch, and at least two in the evening. I have a comfortable living space, a nice yard area, nice green space and a park nearby. When dogsitting, I take very little space for myself and leave the space better than when I found it.

We are able to fit your pup into our daily feeding, potty, play schedule or can adjust to meet their needs. In our home, your pets are treated like family. They'll enjoy a cozy environment with plenty of playtime in our large yard or indoors if it's too hot/cold. They'll have plenty of play time if they like or space to chill if that's what they prefer. Your pet will have access to our home to nap and play wherever they feel comfortable, and we also have the space to crate if, that's your preference.

About: Animals have been a part of my life since childhood, from our show dog who was an Irish Wolfhound to being a rescue mom to smaller terriers.
