I would recommend them for anyone that is going away and wants a home where they know their dog will be watched, loved, cared for and pampered.
Bianca did a wonderful job watching our 70 pound dog Ernie. She took great care of him, including administering his medication without issue. We got regular updates and pickup and drop off were easy with great communication. I would certainly recommend Bianca if you’re looking for a trustworthy dog sitter and hope she’s able to watch our pup in the future.
I was visiting Nyack from out of town to attend a wedding and needed doggy daycare for my 6-pound poodle, Bella, for about 10 hours—including late into the night. I was initially apprehensive about leaving my dog with someone I didn’t know, but after meeting Joanna, speaking with her, seeing her home, and observing the other dogs she was caring for that day, I felt very much at ease. It was clear how comfortable they were and how well set up her home was for the dogs’ care. That gave me great confidence in leaving Bella in her care. Joanna was incredibly accommodating from the start. I requested a meet-and-greet ahead of time to see how Bella would do at her home with the other dogs, and Joanna was happy to make that happen. It really helped put my mind at ease. On the day of the wedding, Joanna kindly accommodated my request to pick Bella up from my hotel and drop her off later at the family event, so I wouldn’t have to leave the wedding to handle drop-offs myself. This thoughtful service made the day so much easier for me. Throughout the day, she sent photo and video updates showing that Bella was doing great and having fun. As someone who was initially nervous about leaving my dog with a sitter, I truly appreciated Joanna’s kindness, flexibility, and clear communication. She made the entire experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend Joanna to anyone needing a reliable and caring dog sitter.
