“Melissa and her family are the absolute BEST!!!! My dog absolutely loves going to their home and being entertained, loved and treated like a princess. I can't say enough good things!”

“Sridevi is a great host for my kitten, Mochi! He stayed with them over the holidays. She made him feel at home with lots of care and toys and activities. She provided frequent videos and photos and kept me updated. She also provided video call. Highly recommended!”

“Monica was great! I was so nervous since this would’ve been the first time I ever leave my dog for more than a day. I felt comfortable with her boarding my dog since our first initial conversation! From the moment I dropped him off till the day I picked him up I was completely at ease. Throughout my dogs stay she kept me well informed and sent me plenty of photos! I can tell he was having tons of fun which kept me worry free. I will definitely book Monica again!!”

“Lieb and his family were friendly and a dog loving family. They kept me updated all day long with videos and pics. It felt as if I was not even away from my Daisy. Will definitely book with Lieb again.”

“I needed to board my dog due to an in-law’s allergies, and Ann was available on very short notice. She was so accommodating, was extremely hospitable and kind to my dog, and sent updates and photos by text to me to assure me of how the stay was going. Thank you, Ann! I highly recommend.”
“Celeste did an amazing job taking care of my greyhound. Jolteon is terrified of cars and Celeste went way out of the way to make sure my pup was comfortable and safe. She gave him his medication without any difficulty at all. Her price is great for the care that she provides. I highly recommend booking Celeste to take care of your animals. I will be using her services be again very soon.”

“We can not say enough about Irene nd Ken and their care of our three giant dogs. We left our dogs for 5 days. Ken and Irene sent us pictures daily - sometimes more than once a day! We loved getting the pictures and seeing our dogs relaxed and happy. Ken and Irene open their home to our dogs and provided incredible care. Our dogs had never been away from us before and they came home in great condition. They were not stressed, dirty or displaying any behavior one might see after a dog has been in a boarding or overnight situation. We will most definitely use Ken and Irene again when we have to leave our dogs!”

“Lauren is Fantastic.she even sent photos Of my dog smiling while on my Husky's Nalla's stay while I was out of town for three days. Also a bonus Lauren has the cutest playful pug name George that accomodated My husky's need to stay . I give Lauren and George a five star”

“Demetra was amazing!! We loved their family and our pug was so happy! He had such a great time with them and they took such good care of him! I am looking forward to bringing him over again!”

“WOW. This is my first time with Brittany. Brittany is amazing. Brittany devoted so much time to Drew. Although Brittany has a fenced in yard, she took our dog on two walks each day. They went to the park. They had movie night together. Brittany is a rare find. When I picked my dog up, you could see how much HE enjoyed staying with Brittany—his tail was wagging, he was smiling (yes, my dog smiles) and he was licking Brittany affectionately as we were saying goodbye. I’ve had a number of other dog sitters, but Brittany just goes the extra mile. Again, she’s incredible and puts all our other sitters to shame. We are definitely spoiled and will use Brittany again anytime we need a sitter.”

“It’s the third time I’ve booked with Priscilla and what can I say that hasn’t been said in all her amazing reviews?! She is the best - when we book with her; it’s true peace of mind that Watson is being taken care of. She truly loves dogs and doesn’t treat watching him like a chore. So grateful for her and the daily pictures of Watson having the best time of his life.”

“Amazing host! They offered a meet and greet before boarding. During boarding, they shared many photos and updates such as what they’ve played and their appetite. I felt very comfortable having them watch over my dog.”

“Lisa was very kind and caring with my Junie. She sent me texts and pictures and I was put at ease immediately. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to using her services again.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about Aeli watching our dog, Callie! We went on an almost 2 week vacation and Aeli made Callie feel comfortable so quickly! She is so kind heartened and attentive to the dogs she watches, sends pictures or videos everyday, and has 2 adorable dogs that Callie loved playing with! Thank you Aeli for making our hearts so full with your immense care!”

“Arsenii was wonderful with my dog Genevieve while we had to be away for a family’s memorial. He was always kind, understanding, and sent me updates with pictures everyday without me having to ask. He also brought all her things (bed, food, toys, etc) back to my car when I picked her up, which was so generous. Genevieve also had the best time with them, and was very happy and relaxed. I’ll definitely be asking Arsenii to help out again in the future. Fully recommend him!!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
