Cathy kept us updated while we were away by sending us daily pictures of Mocha. Mocha looked like she was having fun with the other dogs. She also looked comfortable by resting on the couch or napping on her bed. Cathy listened to all our requests. She definitely made sure Mocha was loved and cared for while Mocha was away from home. Our dog Mookie had a wonderful stay with Kelvin & Monica! This was my first time using Rover and having Mookie stay with a pet sitter while we are on vacation, but they made the process so easy, and I was able to enjoy my vacation! They took wonderful care of him, and were very communicative with updates and pictures. I felt such a sense of relief, knowing that he was being well cared for. They were very quick to respond, and very flexible when our flight got delayed and we had to pick him up a little bit later than originally scheduled. Celeste is AMAZING!! Do not hesitate for a moment to leave your pet with her and her family. She was wonderful with our puppy and sent us pictures and videos! He was treaded like part of the family in her home. He came home happy and well cared for. I will 100% be using Celeste again to care for Hank!!
We can’t say enough great things about Geraldine. Our golden retriever puppy Charlie had the best time at their house. We got photo updates and he got to play so nicely with her dogs. This was our first time leaving Charlie with anyone other than family and I can without a doubt say that Geraldine will be the first person we reach out to next time we have to go away.
