About: Animals have been a part of my life since childhood, from our show dog who was an Irish Wolfhound to being a rescue mom to smaller terriers. I have cared for horses, chickens, bunnies which included pets with special handicaps. With deep empathy and natural connection, I understand animals on an intuitive level. I have trained puppies, comforted seniors and welcomed countless creatures who somehow find their way to my home. Your pet will find a home away from home here with me, safe, loving-and I look forward to offering the same love I show all animals to your beloved pet. All the animals in my home live in harmony together. Some visitors marvel at that fact but it's how I treat each animal with love and care that fosters this environment. All needs are met and everyone is happy! I am home during the day and available to provide attentive care for your pet. I may step out briefly for errands or other chores but will ensure your pet's needs are fully met and they get plenty of company and care. Our home is on one acre with a fenced in yard and great area for walking with lots of trees in a peaceful setting. I have a senior dog (17 yo) that loves company. We also have cats which are friendly and curious.

About: I have grown up taking care of my Britney Spaniel and now care for my rescue Shih Tzu mix. My Britney was very active so I have a lot of experience walking and playing with a dog that never runs out of energy! My Shih Tzu is far more reserved, and enjoys lounging, but I can still get her to play every so often. I also just took in a stray cat and have begun caring for it. I am unsure of her background, so I take things slow but she is lovable and playful so it’s been a pleasure getting to know her. I am currently working part-time and have shifts on Tuesday, Fridays, and saturdays. On those days I can still come in for half the day and care for the pet. The other days of the week I am able to come pretty freely I can be very warm and cuddly but also know when pets just want to be left alone. I’ll adapt to your pets preferences!

About: Prior to moving towns I used to pet sit for all of my neighbors. Pets large and small, it didn’t matter but it was always fun. “Elizabeth had quite the scare today walking Iggy. Iggy went off happily with Aunt Liz for a first time walk. They had a good walk until Iggy saw 8 flying deer in our local park ( where I had asked her to walk Iggy). Iggy pulls when she sees deer and pulled a bit too hard and got loose. Elizabeth ran after her but Iggy runs pretty fast. She couldn’t contact me because it was my Sabbath. Therefore, Elizabeth called the police and asked local folks for help. Within half an hour, Iggy was found by the police near the park and returned to Elizabeth who had photos of Iggy to prove that she was Iggys dog walker. I picked Elizabeth as a dog walker because of her solid reviews. Despite this being a very scary situation, Elizabeth kept her cool snd did all the right things to get Iggy safely home.
