Animals have been a part of my life since childhood, from our show dog who was an Irish Wolfhound to being a rescue mom to smaller terriers. I have cared for horses, chickens, bunnies which includes pets with special handicaps. With deep empathy and natural connection, I understand animals on an intuitive level. I have trained puppies, comforted seniors and welcomed countless creatures who somehow find their way to my home. I am a loving pet owner with a genuine passion for animals, and believe that when your dog stays with me, they should feel like they’re on vacation—a fun, staycation away from home! I have a senior dog called Texas who is a little sheriff around here! She likes to watch the scene as it makes her feel like part of the action. At nearly 18 years old, she is still going strong and wants to just do doggy things! By having other dogs around, it keeps her active and mentally stimulated. My home is a warm, clean and comfortable space. I offer lots of attention, affection and fun! WHY DOGS LOVE STAYING WITH ME I provide a safe home environment where dogs become part of the daily lives of my family. Your pup will enjoy plenty of companionship, attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax. Because I spend so much time at home, your dog won’t simply be dropped off and left alone for long periods. They’ll be part of the action! Every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know each guest and their unique personality, routine, and preferences. I have a lot of experience with many different breeds of dogs. We like to think of our dogs as perfect but they all have that little things they do! I know their quirks (I see you counter surfers!) and emotional needs (I see you doodles!) It is very helpful to know all about your pet before they arrive here for their stay. Whether your pup is energetic and playful, loves long walks, enjoys making new friends, or would rather curl up for a cozy nap. Also, if they eat tissues, or garbage dip or counter surf? We can accommodate all different personalities with proper notice. Not everyone is perfect! I will do my best to make them feel comfortable and happy. We can also discuss at quick 15 minute meet and greet which is required for any boardings with me. For first time guests on longer stays over 7 days, an overnight experience is required. (Exceptions can made for out of town guests or emergencies!) A TYPICAL DAY A stay with me includes plenty of opportunities for: * Outdoor potty breaks and fresh air * Playtime and enrichment * Walks and exercise * Relaxation and cozy nap time * One-on-one attention * Plenty of cuddles and affection * Supervised social time with other compatible dogs Drop-offs can be a range of emotions for your dog- from excited, to curious to overwhelm as they enter a new situation. I have guided even the most frightened dog to love coming to my home! I love seeing each dog’s personality shine as they get to know and trust me! I TREAT EVERY DOG LIKE FAMILY I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I will reassure you that your pup is having a good time with communication that includes updates and photos/videos. I love sending updates and photos so you can see your dog enjoying their stay. You can relax knowing your furry family member is receiving lots of love and attention while you’re away. My goal is simple: I want your dog to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and excited to come back! WHAT TO BRING To help your dog enjoy a comfortable stay, please bring: * Regular food including favorite snack * Special bed * Any necessary medications * A leash, collar, or harness * Any important instructions regarding their routine I have plenty of bowls, blankets, and doggy bags, so there’s no need to overpack! Bring as little or as much as your pup needs. Whether you’re traveling, heading out for the day, having a dinner party or simply need someone trustworthy to care for your best friend, I would love to welcome them into my home. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! While I am during the day and available to provide attentive care for your pet. I may step out briefly for errands or other chores but will ensure your pet's needs are fully met. Our home is on one acre with a fenced in yard and great area for walking with lots of trees in a peaceful setting. I have a senior dog (17+ yo) that loves company. We also have cats which are friendly and curious.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family and friends dogs as well. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m available on weekdays and weekends to care for your pup. About: I’ve had two dogs in my lifetime each for 12 years and I’ve always loved to be around them and to make sure they were safe and felt happy. I treat each pet like family. My reliability, calm demeanor and love for animals make both pets and their owners feel at ease. I will walk the dog everyday and I can board dogs every weekend. I have experience taking care of a French bulldog named Randy. Sometimes I go there to take care of him and other times I bring him to my apartment. I have space in our apartment for the dog to roam around and I live in a safe dog friendly neighborhood in which we can take the dog for long walks near a park and a pond.

About: Hello, my name is Tatiana! I’m a 28-year-old living in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and a proud Rutgers University alumna with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine! I’ve been in love with animals of all kind for as long as I can remember, driving me to pursue this degree! While at Rutgers, I gained hands-on experience working with horses, cows, goats, sheep, and pigs on the university farm. Additionally, I’ve spent over five years as a veterinary assistant and surgical nurse at a pet hospital, specializing in the care of cats and dogs. I’m proficient in administering oral medications and subcutaneous or intramuscular injections. I also have experience with chemotherapy medications, having cared for my dog, who has had a bladder tumor for nearly three years. I share my home with a grumpy 14-year-old Bichon Frise/Shih-Tzu and a 4-year-old Scottish Fold cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, whom I rescued during my time at the veterinary clinic. My love for animals knows no bounds, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own! About: I grew up in a family used to dogs and cats who have lovingly owned us 😁. I personally have owned mostly cats as I live in a building that does not allow dogs. I have experience in administering medication as well. I work per diem at West Point Military Academy and would not accept a house sitting or walking assignment unless I was truly available the days needed. I love to walk and am very active, so I have absolutely no problem with taking your dog out for walks and playing. My priority is to make sure your pet is secure and loved while you are away.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for the past 4 years. I’ve come to learn the different breads and have acquired some basic training for dogs like teaching them to sit, paw, roll over etc. I love to play fetch with dogs too. They make me laugh and it offers them great exercise. I have a fenced in back yard so your dog can run around without having to worry about escaping. I have a pool which is open in the summer if your dog loves to play in the pool to get out of the hot sun. I am a full time teacher. I’m home at 3 pm everyday. I have breaks during the day and since I’m 5 minutes from work, it allows me to come home during the day to check up on the pups I’m watching. My weekends are free and I have summers over with vacations all rear round. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for your pup to play. I also have a pool and your pup can go in it during the summer when it’s open. I love to walk so me and your dog will be walking a lot.

About: I personally own two labradoodles myself. I have volunteered at multiple rescues, been a dog walker, trainer, and provided home sitting. This job needs attention to detail and care and that is exactly what I provide. Safety is priority. All animals that come under my care are brought out in a fenced yard or on a leash. Belly rubs, cuddles, and scratches are second priority! I am happy to send videos from walks together. Very dependable and reliable. I will treat your pet as if it were my own! I am available for mornings, afternoons, and evenings 7 days a week! I need at least three days notice so I can schedule this in. I have a fenced yard. Even with a fenced in yard I will keep your dog on a leash unless told otherwise. I will check dogs for tics.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. Growing up my family and I have adopted 3 dogs. I absolutely love working with dogs - big, small, old, hyper, I’m your gal! I have a couple years of experience working at a doggy day care as well as some dog bathing services. I’m a junior currently attending Ramapo College. I commute to class and am available for multiple days a week. I’m usually always available on the weekends! I have a fenced yard for my dog but she is not the friendliest. I tend to bring her to the dog park where she gets along with other dogs in a bigger/more open area.

About: I got a bichon frise when I was 5 and he lived until he was 13. He was obviously the family dog but I really took on the role of feeding and walking him when I was older. I have helped train and raise both of my brothers dogs, one being a 12 pound cavachon and the other being a 45 pound hound mix. So I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. I have also watched family friends' dogs in the past which included boarding for a few days, daily walks and feedings, and also can help with some light training like sit, paw, roll over etc. I absolutely love dogs and would take great care of any dog if given the chance and responsibility!
