About: I grew up with a cat from kitten through old age. When I was old enough to move out I made sure to rescue a geriatric cat to give her the best possible life with the years she had left. About: I’ve had dogs since I was four years old, and they’ve always been a huge part of my life. Caring for them has never felt like a chore—it’s something I truly love. I'm very comfortable taking care of any pet, and I have taken care of senior animals who require insulin shots and meticulous diets. One of my favorite electives at university was my 'Psychology of our Pets' class where we learned about how to best care for our furry friends and keep them active and healthy. I have owned dogs, cats, and even birds! Since I'm home from university for the summer, I'm pretty much available at the drop of a dime! While I would prefer a day's notice, I should be able to take care of your pet within two hours of your request. I believe that activities and fun are just as important for pets as they are for humans. Who wants to be stuck in their house all day? I know tons of dog-friendly walking trails, and I'd love to spend a few hours with them & make sure they are well-exercised. Travis works from home which allows us to offer constant companionship and supervision. Roberta is a teacher nearby, providing the ability to come home early for extra cuddles. We had a 10 year-old German shepherd mix named Marshall, that recently passed, that we adopted from a rescue at 8 weeks old so we have the ability and patience to host puppies. Marshall was our first family dog, Roberta grew up with multiple dogs caring for them from pups through seniors. Additionally, our 6 year-old daughter has enough energy to provide tons of additional fetch and chase time. We also have a 1 year old that can’t wait to get in on the action! We are able to (and love) having pups with special needs. Marshall's best friend was blind and we cared for him on many occasions. We can also administer medications and prepare specialized meals when needed. We have a large backyard that allows for plenty of jaunts and potty breaks. As well as plenty of space in the house for quiet time and naps. Your pup will have full access to make themselves comfortable in their home away from home. Travis works from home allowing for full time care. Roberta is a teacher nearby and is home early to allow for additional time and attention. We are able to fit your pup into our daily feeding, potty, play schedule or can adjust to meet their needs. In our home, your pets are treated like family. They'll enjoy a cozy environment with plenty of playtime in our large yard or indoors if it's too hot/cold. They'll have plenty of play time if they like or space to chill if that's what they prefer. Your pet will have access to our home to nap and play wherever they feel comfortable, and we also have the space to crate if, that's your preference.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have started watching other peoples dogs 5 years ago… I want to continue sharing my love for dogs and also my own two dogs Sophie and Millie. They are both. very friendly.. They loves meeting other dogs and having their company and play time I’m currently an undergrad student at Florida State university and I am home for the summer months. I take them for frequent walks. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood. Can’t wait to meet!

“Doreen was absolutely wonderful. We were very nervous to leave Chloe, but she had access to the bed (we let her sleep with us), the backyard, the run of the home and endless cuddles from Doreen. We left a piece of our heart with her for two weeks and she kept us updated everyday with videos and pictures and letting us know that Chloe was eating well and loved the other dogs she was with. Chloe is 12 and stopped playing with toys years ago, at Doreens she decided to play with toys again. It was so heartwarming to see, we will be using Doreen for all our petsitting needs with Chloe.”
