About: I have been in the animal care business my whole life! My mom used to run her own animal care business where I would go on all of her animal visits since I was in kindergarten. I trained my two puppies at age 10, have been volunteering at the local animal shelter for 3 years, and have started my own small clientele of dogs whom I care for through overnight stays for over a week, 3 check-ins a day for each dog, and lots of time for playing and cuddling to make sure they are happy and comfortable, while building their trust. I understand patience is key when caring for animals who see me as a new, unfamiliar face, and I always ensure the animals comfort is my top priority! My main gig at the moment is animal care, so I can build my own schedule/routine around the animal care bookings that I have for that week, so your pet will be my priority! In my clients homes, I make sure that the essentials like food and water are given, and I will make sure that there is nothing out that could harm them. My main focus is walking the dog in the start of my visit, and playing and winding down for rest time at the end, so they are able to rest and relax when I am not there/until their next visit. For cats, I would feed and refill their water, play with them, and provide affection depending on their personality and how comfortable they are. I will also clean out their litter.

About: I trained my own service dog and loved the process, so after retiring, I started dog training and pet care. I am in the process of becoming a certifed dog trainer. I provide complimentary training in leash manners for walks, and I bring enrichment toys for drop-in visits. I am semi-retired, with a part-time consulting practice. I have a great deal of flexibility after 11:00 a.m. on most days, including weekends and holidays. I use my experience in reading dog behavior to determine the best way to get to know your dog in your home. I let the dog take the lead and engage them in their favorite activities. I also bring puzzle toys for dogs who enjoy that kind of challenge, and offer five minutes of complimentary training at each visit. For walks, I provide 5-10 minutes of complimentary training in leash skills such as "heel" and "leave it."

I made a college professor who has a flexible schedule in the summertime and in the fall I will have afternoon and evenings available. I’d be happy to help with your pet. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs of all ages since I was 18 years old! I’m a cat owner of 4 years myself as well, and my kitty is my very best friend. As far as sitting, I have done mostly done overnight stays, but I have done pop ins and walking as well. I’ve sat for small dogs and large, puppies, kittens and elderly pups. I absolutely love spending time around and caring for animals. I do work part time, usually averaging about 5 shifts a week. I make my own schedule biweekly, and my shifts are generally no more than 5-6 hours, so my hours are extremely flexible depending on when I’m needed! I am all for play, walking, and unlimited pets when I dog/cat sit. I will pay careful attention when it comes to letting them out if there is a fenced yard, as well as to their collar and leash prior to taking them out on walks. A pet owners directions are very important to me as far as feeding/potty/medication times, and I take the responsibility of caring for any animal very seriously.

About: Hi I’m Kieralyn! I’ve had animals my entire life including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and rodents! I love pet sitting and have been doing this for about 10 years now. I have studied as a vet tech student for 2 years and am able to perform both CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver. I am currently working full time as a dog trainer and pet sitter so I have a very open schedule. Let’s chat and I can figure out what works for us both! I loving taking my 3 dogs on walks and to the park and it’s part of my daily routine. I do a lot of training exercises throughout the day as well as plenty of playing (if you have a golden retriever you understand!) The dogs at my home rotate from playing in the yard supervised, napping inside, playing inside, and having water and treats. At the clients home, I will follow whatever their schedule is to help them adjust to their absence.
