About: I have devoted my life to learning about animal behavior and enrichment, and I am always eager to use this knowledge to give any pet I care for the best time possible. I have cared for several species over the course of my life, including dogs, cats, fish, rodents, birds, reptiles and more. About: As a dog trainer, I provide complimentary training in leash manners for the first 2 walks. For drop-ins, I bring snuffle mats, food puzzles, and other enrichment activities so your dog gets mental challenges as well as play. This tires them out! I am a part-time consultant with a flexible schedule. I have a great deal of flexibility after 11:00 a.m. on most days, including weekends and holidays. As dog trainer, I use my knowledge of dog behavior to determine the best way to get to know your dog. I let the dog take the lead and engage them in their favorite activities. I also bring puzzle toys for dogs who enjoy that kind of challenge, and offer five minutes of complimentary training at each visit. About: I was trained for two years at age seven to care of my mom’s 18 breed collies at Tandy Kennel. I took over at age nine and took over for her till I was 19. I also learned how to take care of her 11 cats we rescued. I also took care of our alpacas, rabbit, chinchillas, and people dogs and bourses when they went away on vacation. When I moved I took in two kittens that need a home and their names are Sakura and Sasuke. My days are pretty flexible and I don’t mind working out a schedule with you. The days that I am free are M,W,T,F,and Saturday. If have any questions you can contact me. For my cats I clean their littler daily, play with them I wipe them with a safe cat cloth to clean them, I brush them, and I clip their nails. What ever your instructions are for you pet I can give them a bath, brush them, etc.

About: Hello! I love dogs and currently have two large breed dogs at my parent’s home that have moderate and energetic play levels. I have tons of dog experience by always having a dog in my household growing up. I volunteered at Providence Animal Center for over a year in my teenage years and most recently worked at a dog daycare for over 2 years. I love to go on hikes and explore, so any energy level for your dog is great. I also own my own car and have a license so transportation will not be a problem. I am willing to travel to walk dogs if that helps. One of our dogs, Lori, came from an extreme hoarding situation where she lived surrounded by floor-to-ceiling boxes with only a small path to move around. As a result, she struggles with anxiety and can become very vocal, howling, barking, and practically screaming when she’s excited or overwhelmed. I was honestly mortified and worried it would be too much for someone to handle. Sara never once made me feel judged or embarrassed. She continually reassured me that it was no problem and handled Lori with incredible patience, compassion, and understanding. Sara helped me more than she knows this week. Knowing our pets were in such capable and caring hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. By the end of her stay, it was clear how much the dogs loved her. On their final walk together, our Golden Retriever, Tully, was absolutely thrilled to see her, and that told me everything I needed to know. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, gentle, reliable, and genuinely gifted with animals, Sara is the person you want. We will absolutely be booking with her again.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
