Information Chen S. would like to know about your pet
Before our first visit, I ask for a few key details so I can keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy: - Daily routine: feeding times, potty schedule, exercise needs, and any habits or rituals. - Medical info: medications, allergies, chronic conditions, and how meds are given. - Behavior & temperament: how they react to strangers, other animals, triggers (storms, doorbells), and separation anxiety. - Training & house rules: commands you use, leash manners, off‑limits areas, and preferred handling. - Emergency contacts: your best contact while you’re away and your vet’s name/phone/location. Share anything else that makes your pet unique — I’ll accommodate their needs and adapt my care accordingly.
A typical day
Every pet has a unique routine — I keep theirs familiar and comfortable. A typical day under my care: Dogs - Morning: Refreshing walk followed by their usual breakfast. - Midday: Walk, playtime, or potty breaks based on energy and need. - Afternoon: Enrichment — another walk, short training reinforcement, or interactive toys to stay engaged. - Evening: Final potty break, dinner, and calm time to wind down. Cats - Morning: Fresh food and water, and a clean litter box. - Midday: Play, gentle petting, or quiet companionship depending on mood. - Evening: Dinner, a final check‑in, and a cozy spot to relax. I adapt to each pet’s preferences (more attention or a low‑key presence) and send updates and photos throughout the day so you always know how they’re doing.

Experienced with high‑energy breeds
Pet care experience
Hi — I’m Chen. I’ve spent 4 years caring for a high‑energy Husky, so I understand the needs of active breeds: consistent exercise, mental enrichment, and a predictable routine. I offer tailored walks, focused play sessions, and attentive check‑ins. I provide photo updates, can handle medication reminders, and keep things calm and structured to match your dog’s personality and routine.

Reviews

Chen has been a blessing! I was looking for a reliable dog walker for a while. Chen is great with my two large labradoodles who have a tendency to pull from time to time. She is always punctual and communicative when the schedule needs to change. I appreciate that she always sends pictures and updates of how the pups are doing and keeps me posted of their shenanigans like when they got into their wet food the other day. She even cleaned it up and put the food away for me. If you are looking for someone to take care of your pups I highly recommend Chen! She is great!

Chen is excellent with my reactive dog. She has a gentle and confident approach and instinctively knows how to manage my dog's anxiety and quickly made her feel comfortable with her. Now they are pals. I highly recommend Chen as a pet sitter especially if your pet has any fear/anxiety/special needs issues!

My pups enjoy their daily visits from Chen for a midday exercise and potty breaks! This dog mom is happy as well knowing that they are being cared for and getting belly rubs even when I’m not there. Chen makes sure to send me updates with a cute pic and some notes on how the visit went! Thank you Chen, we couldn’t be more pleased with your services!
I can’t recommend Chen enough as a pet sitter! She is a true cat lover and a proud cat mom to two of her own. Her passion for animals goes far beyond just caring for her own pets—during her college years, she rescued and took care of hundreds of stray cats, providing them with the love and care they needed. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves and understands cats, look no further—Chen is the best! Your furry friend will be in great hands with her.
