About: I’ve been caring for dogs most of my life, including my own dog, Pete, who I lovingly cared for until he passed away at 12 years old. Taking care of him gave me years of hands on experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, affection, and maintaining a consistent routine. I joined Rover because I just genuinely enjoy being around dogs and connecting with them. I’m a very active person, so long walks, outdoor time, and keeping dogs engaged is something I truly enjoy. I’m also very organized and reliable when it comes to feeding schedules, routines, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I aim to make every dog feel safe, happy, loved, and well cared for while you’re away! I currently work full time, but am very flexible later in the afternoons and evenings. When caring for pets, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and calm environment while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. With my own dog, Pete, I always made sure his environment was secure, accessible, clean, and stress-free, especially as he got older. In a client’s home, I would carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medication, crating, house rules, and routines to help pets feel comfortable and maintain familiarity while their owner is away. I understand that every dog has different needs and personalities, so I adapt my care style accordingly. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, exercise, bathroom breaks, and supervision. If a dog is crate trained or needs to be crated for safety or routine purposes, I’m completely comfortable handling that as well.

About: I have had a dog for 20 years, my whole life! I have watched other dogs for 10 years by letting them out, walking them, or overnights. I love playing with dogs! I am a college student on break and am free daily! I work at a restaurant but only picking up shifts so will be free a lot of the time! I have a fenced in yard for pets to run around! About: I’ve taken care of dogs and did over night visits. For friends and family. I also have taken care of puppies that were 6 months. I’m currently working part time at Costco. I normally work night shift and have two days off. I could walk dogs in the morning or at night I normally feed them twice a day once in the morning and the other at night. I would walk them three or four times a day. I would then take them outside to either play or run around in a safe environment.

Lauren took such great care during drop-in visits while we were away! It had been a long time since we had someone come to our house rather than boarding and we could not have been happier with the care Lauren showed to our Australian Shepherd, Betsy while we were away for an entire week. She had very clear and kind communication, was very much on time and always uploaded pictures of Betsy after each visit. The entire time we were gone we felt comfortable that Betsy was in great hands and would absolutely book Lauren again in the future as well as recommend her to others.

Chen is excellent with my reactive dog. She has a gentle and confident approach and instinctively knows how to manage my dog's anxiety and quickly made her feel comfortable with her. Amber aka my dog whisper! She's amazing with my pups. They love her and listens to her and ignores my asks lol. Amber far exceed her job expectations in that when my cat went missing less than a week Amber had started watching my pups. Amber immediately contacted her friend to create a missing cat flyer for me. She still ask the status of missing cat. It's rare to find kindness in a person you just met in less than a week.
