About: I’ve been caring for dogs most of my life, including my own dog, Pete, who I lovingly cared for until he passed away at 12 years old. Taking care of him gave me years of hands on experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, affection, and maintaining a consistent routine. I joined Rover because I just genuinely enjoy being around dogs and connecting with them. I’m a very active person, so long walks, outdoor time, and keeping dogs engaged is something I truly enjoy. I’m also very organized and reliable when it comes to feeding schedules, routines, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. With my own dog, Pete, I always made sure his environment was secure, accessible, clean, and stress-free, especially as he got older. In a client’s home, I would carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medication, crating, house rules, and routines to help pets feel comfortable and maintain familiarity while their owner is away. I understand that every dog has different needs and personalities, so I adapt my care style accordingly. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, exercise, bathroom breaks, and supervision. If a dog is crate trained or needs to be crated for safety or routine purposes, I’m completely comfortable handling that as well.

About: I have always been surrounded by different household animals. Dogs, cats, crabs, fish. I do not currently have the resources to have my own furry friend but have carved time to begin walking and sitting to still have an outlet for pet connection. About: As a dog trainer, I provide complimentary training in leash manners for the first 2 walks. For drop-ins, I bring snuffle mats, food puzzles, and other enrichment activities so your dog gets mental challenges as well as play. This tires them out! I am a part-time consultant with a flexible schedule. I have a great deal of flexibility after 11:00 a.m. on most days, including weekends and holidays. As dog trainer, I use my knowledge of dog behavior to determine the best way to get to know your dog. I let the dog take the lead and engage them in their favorite activities. I also bring puzzle toys for dogs who enjoy that kind of challenge, and offer five minutes of complimentary training at each visit. I provide complimentary training in leash manners for the first two walks.

I recently said goodbye to my Boxador, who fell ill and required special care for many months. Whether shy, spirited, or somewhere in between, I tailor my care to each dog’s personality and needs. I have cared for pups with health challenges and am confident in my ability to provide gentle, reliable support, including medication administration and comfort-focused care. My schedule is currently flexible, allowing for morning, daytime, and evening care. I am available as needed for walks, play time, boarding, and any other adventure that brings your pup joy. In my home, dogs are more than guests. So long as it is okay with their guardian, pets here are welcome to lounge on furniture and sleep wherever they feel most comfortable. My back yard is full fenced in (privacy fencing on both sides and secure, post fencing in the back facing a wooded area). I live in a very safe, walkable neighborhood for those that enjoy a stroll. It is very important to me to respect my client's care instructions, regardless of my own experiences or preferences. I will make every effort to maintain consistency and ensure your pup feels at home at all times.
