“Donte boarded my senior German Shepherd for 5 days including Christmas Day. She was well cared for, receiving her medications twice a day to manage her hip arthritis and pain from IVDD. She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”

Alysha was AMAZING! She stayed in touch with updates about how Chipper was doing, and we can tell he had so much fun with Alysha! It was our first time going on a trip without him or family being able to watch him, and we are so thankful Alysha was available to help us with Chipper. Sarah was amazing! She was incredibly accommodating with our last minute booking and made the whole experience so easy. Our boy had the best time playing with her dog, Kobe! Sarah kept us updated throughout his stay and sent lots of pictures, which we really appreciated. He came home happy, well cared for, and completely worn out from all the playing and excitement! It was my first time having to leave my dog, Max, with someone he did not know, and meeting Laura before going on my trip was very helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving him with her. She keeps you updated and answers questions promptly. Laura sent pictures and videos to show how Max was doing, which I really appreciated. If I need a sitter again I will definitely bring Max back to Laura, and I know he'll feel comfortable, and I will feel better about leaving him.
