She keeps you updated and answers questions promptly. Laura sent pictures and videos to show how Max was doing, which I really appreciated. If I need a sitter again I will definitely bring Max back to Laura, and I know he'll feel comfortable, and I will feel better about leaving him.

I boarded my dog with Julia for a week and she was great! She was very kind, communicative, and made sure to send various updates and pictures of Sophie throughout the week. Sophie experienced some paw issues during her stay and Julia kept me informed and even ran out to the pet store to buy a few items that would help with Sophie’s paws.
