About: I have devoted my life to learning about animal behavior and enrichment, and I am always eager to use this knowledge to give any pet I care for the best time possible. I have cared for several species over the course of my life, including dogs, cats, fish, rodents and more. About: I grew up with rabbits and various small pets. My first dog, Toto, was trained by me in elementary and middle school. Now, I spend my evenings caring for others animals whenever possible! I work 7:30 am to 3 pm as a teacher! My day does allow for a mid day visit, distance depending! Free every evening for walks and lots of attention! About: I always knew I wanted to work with animals, but it wasn’t until I started working at a kennel that I discovered my true calling: dog training. In September 2023, I made the decision to pursue this path seriously by attending National K-9 Dog Training School in Ohio, where I earned my certification as a professional dog trainer. About: Hi, I'm George (nickname Trey), I have fostered dozens of dogs, mostly puppies, and have two rescue pups who live with me. My lab mix is everyone's best friend, while my shepherd mix is often reactive, so I manage the greetings with her separately. After she settles down she loves to play with her new friends. I have a big yard and some woods with trails that the dogs love to walk and sniff. I'm also a firm believer that Animals will tell you their boundaries and that those should be respected. I also have experience with Rodents such as guinea pigs and Rabbits along with Reptiles. Once I finished grad school, I volunteered at the local rescue organization which inspired me to foster puppies. In addition to my personal and volunteer experience with dogs, I was a professional dog walker for ‘Reactive Rover’, which was a dog walking service specializing in exercising dogs that are high maintenance, anxious, or had other reactivity issues. I would work to get the pup I was walking comfortable, break down barriers, and work on various greeting skills. There are many parks around both locations! There is plenty of walking and green space as well around. My girlfriend Kristina is an avid dog lover and shows as much care and affection as I do anytime we care for someone’s beloved dog! We also volunteer at All 4 Paws Rescue in Malvern, PA! When I’m not pet sitting, I love playing sports, whether it be basketball at my gym or tennis outside! The beach is also a must during warmer weather. I also love lounging at my apartment on the couch with a good book/tv show! In Malvern I have a small balcony but there is a gated dog park that is included in the complex - in Philadelphia we do not have a yard but are very close to Rittenhouse Square, Schuykill River Park, and many others!

Amy was great! She was very thorough and made sure my little guys were taken care of. I was a little nervous leaving my cats as one of them needs daily medication, but she made me feel comfortable leaving them in her hands. She went above and beyond. 100% would use her again.
