About: I’ve been caring for animals since grade school and truly can’t remember a time without pets in my life. I grew up with two dogs, Bailey and Shakespeare, a cat named Tooka, and a rotating cast of birds, fish, hermit crabs, and other small chaos-makers. About: My name is Eleanor. In the last year we recently lost our own senior dogs who were 17, 16 and 15. We fostered and subsequently adopted a corgi puppy who we nursed through a PDA heart surgery. He is a happy, healthy pup and LOVES being with other dogs. I am also the mom of five children who are 13, 12, 9 and 4 year old twins. I am on the board of a senior dog rescue called Senior Dog Haven and Hospice and ran it for 10+ years until I recently passed on the reins. About: I’ve been a volunteer at the ASPCA for the past 4 years now, been a pet-sitter for the past 2 years, and I’ve also been my community’s go-to dog walker whenever they need me! I have significant experience caring for puppies and kittens, as my family and I have fostered over 50 dogs and 35 kittens. Not only puppies, but senior dogs who needed to be loved exclusively before they reached the end of their life. Animals mean the absolute world to me and have always been such a huge part of my life, so making sure each pet is loved, protected, and cared for is my top priority. I am a student at Villanova University. I am currently on summer break, so my schedule is very flexible and accommodating to your pets needs! I usually prefer to care for pets at the clients home, since our dogs are not friendly with others. However, I can provide whatever service you need such as, dog-walking, day-sitting, overnight sitting, or check-ups to take them outside or feed them, if the family will be out of the house for a while.
