I only take one client at a time, so your dog will get plenty of individual attention and will not be in a crowded boarding environment. I live in a quiet, owner-occupied apartment in West Chester with no children and no other pets. My home is best for small or mid-sized dogs who are comfortable in an apartment setting. While I do not have a fenced yard, I take dogs out for supervised leash walks, and the neighborhood has grassy areas and light local traffic. I’m happy to provide daily exercise, potty breaks every 2–4 hours, and oral medication administration if needed. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and bed if that is what they are used to at home. For safety and comfort, I always like to do a meet and greet before confirming a stay to make sure it is a good fit for your dog, your expectations, and my home environment. I can also provide recommendations/references from people whose dogs I have cared for. I currently accept dogs over 1 year old, crate-trained dogs only, and no females in heat. I live in a quiet, owner-occupied apartment with no children and no other pets, and I only take one client at a time so each dog receives individual attention. I want both the owner and the dog to feel confident that it is a good fit. About: I’ve taken care of people’s pets for years. Any time any friends or family have had to leave their fur-babies at home to go on a trip, I’ve always been the one they reach out to. I’ve always loved taking care of people’s pets and getting to know them and seeing their personalities when they get comfortable with me. I’m currently employed full-time as a barista (most of my shifts being in the mornings) but I would absolutely love and would be more than happy to spend time with your pets whenever it is needed if they’re able to be alone for a couple of hours! I’ve always let new pets I’ve met for the first time come up to me on their own and smell me and get comfortable with me before invading their space. I understand a lot of pets don’t feel super comfortable around complete strangers so making them feel as comfortable and safe as possible is always my priority!
