“We went away overnight for a trip and didn’t want to put our dog in boarding, so we looked at Rover. As first time users, we had some concerns that were immediately addressed by Margaret. She responded to our questions and scheduled a meet and greet at our apartment right away. I loved how many pictures we got for the several walks and even the updates on potty breaks. As overprotective as we can be of our dog, we could tell right away he’d be safe and cared for by Margaret while we were away.”

“Rebecca is amazing with our 3 dogs and 1 puppy. A challenge always but I feel confident leaving our pups with such sn experienced, caring, and patient handler. Great pictures were provided as well!!!!”

“Leigh was great and so flexible with my last minutes needs! Every detail was followed and Duch was well taken care of! I definitely recommend Leigh and will be rebooking in the future!!”

“Cal and Kris were great and went above and beyond! Dozer seemed so happy to spend time with them, they rolled with the punches (regarding some schedule changes), were very responsive and overall so kind!! Cannot recommend enough!”

About: I’m a caring and reliable pet sitter who treats every pet like my own. I have experience with all types of animals and live on 2 acres of land, giving pets plenty of space to enjoy. I’m patient with young pets who need help with training and routines, and gentle with senior pets who need extra care. I make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. As someone who currently works part-time, I'm available to provide pet care after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and I have additional availability on weekends. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, whether it's going for walks, playing, feeding, or simply giving them love and companionship. I treat every pet like part of my own family and make their safety, comfort, and happiness my top priority I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for all kinds of animals. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow each owner's care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications if needed, and any special routines. Whether it's dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, or other pets, I provide patient, dependable care while maintaining a clean and safe environment. My goal is to keep pets happy, healthy, and as comfortable as possible while their owners are away.
“Ariana was so sweet and responsive. She took great care of our big sweet boy. He took some pictures too which is nice. We will definitely keep using Ariana for walking Rio. Thank you so much!”

“Eleanor did an amazing job taking care of our cat Jax that is facing kidney issues. Jax requires multiple oral medicines as well as an IV injection daily, neither of which he is a fan of, but Eleanor was able to swaddle him, administer his medicines, and make it as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.”

About: As long as I can remember I've been an animal lover. I grew up riding horses, working on farms, + living with no less than 3 dogs at a time in my house. As a kid I dreamed of being a veterinarian. I took in all sorts of animals that needed to be nursed back to health from birds + snakes to donkeys + kittens. It was a little like living in a zoo + I loved every second! I rode + trained horses competitively in high school. At 16, I qualified for the junior Olympic team in equestrian eventing. I’m now a mom, my own son is 16, and I own my own photography business capturing families + pets spreading joy + gratitude. Rover is a welcome addition to that career. I absolutely LOVE what I do + am thankful to have the opportunity to support myself + my son serving other animal loving families like us. I work remotely Mondays and Fridays. Tuesday through Thursday I’m in the office 8-5pm in King of Prussia. I’m typically available most weekends but can occasionally offer weekday evening bookings. Safety is a priority for me. I aim to keep your pets routine stable and comfortable so we stick with what they know and don’t try new things until trust has been built.

“It was hard having to leave our puppy Tucker (3months old when Chris first met him) with a stranger, but Chris has been amazing with him, giving us peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands. Very reliable and trutworthy, Chris has always honored the appointments we've made (visiting him twice a day) and followed the instructions we've left him. Tucker is relaxed and happy when we get home and we have to thank him for that. ”

“Amanda is dependable, kindly, and professional. She does a great job, taking care of my cats when I’m out of town. I highly recommend her. By far she’s the best cat sitter I’ve ever had.”

“My pups enjoy their daily visits from Chen for a midday exercise and potty breaks! This dog mom is happy as well knowing that they are being cared for and getting belly rubs even when I’m not there. Chen makes sure to send me updates with a cute pic and some notes on how the visit went! Thank you Chen, we couldn’t be more pleased with your services!”
“Angela is a very thoughtful and attentive caretaker for cat drop ins! We were so fortunate to have her care for our two cats for a week over the holidays and she made sure they felt the love, and we were at ease being away for an extended period of time knowing that she was caring for them.”
“Matthew provided excellent care for our two cats. He posted daily photos, which I greatly looked forward to each day while on vacation. He has excellent communication skills, and I know my cats will miss him! I would definitely recommend his services to any other cat owner that is looking for a cat sitter!”

As of August 2026, there are 4,484 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Gradyville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Gradyville. On Rover:
- 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
