About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with plenty of hands on experience caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. At home, I have three dogs a Great Dane, a pit mix, and a Border Collie mix as well as a cat, so I’m very comfortable with everything from big, strong dogs to high-energy pups and smaller pets. Having a house full of animals has taught me how important patience, consistency, exercise, and lots of attention are. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I’ll always take the time to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable with me. I have Tuesdays and Thursdays off along with a half day on Friday, so I have plenty of time to take care of your lovely pets. I have an electric fence yard where I free run all 3. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am able to be booked for walks or drop ins from 11:30am until 5pm. Saturdays I am only available in the afternoon, from 4pm to 8pm. Sundays I am available anytime requested in the morning until 5pm! I always ensure the pet is comfortable on walks, offering plenty of sniff breaks and giving them lots of water afterwards. For drop ins, I would love to hang out with your pet and allow for some fun socialization when they need it! I always do a temperature check on what the pet is feeling before taking action, as every animal is different and has various needs.

While I do not have a fenced yard, I take dogs out for supervised leash walks, and the neighborhood has grassy areas and light local traffic. I’m happy to provide daily exercise, potty breaks every 2–4 hours, and oral medication administration if needed. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and bed if that is what they are used to at home. For safety and comfort, I always like to do a meet and greet before confirming a stay to make sure it is a good fit for your dog, your expectations, and my home environment. I can also provide recommendations/references from people whose dogs I have cared for. I currently accept dogs over 1 year old, crate-trained dogs only, and no females in heat. I provide a calm, safe, and attentive environment for dogs in my home. I live in a quiet, owner-occupied apartment with no children and no other pets, and I only take one client at a time so each dog receives individual attention. Before confirming a stay, I always prefer to do a meet and greet to make sure your dog is comfortable with me, my home, and the overall environment. I want both the owner and the dog to feel confident that it is a good fit. During a stay, I follow the owner’s care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medication needs, crate routines, walking preferences, and any behavioral or comfort needs. I provide regular potty breaks every 2–4 hours, supervised leashed walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Since I work from home, I am usually able to give dogs attention and supervision during the day. Dogs are welcome on furniture and the bed if that matches their routine at home.
