About: Hi! My name is Erika, and I’m a dependable, active, and compassionate pet sitter who truly enjoys caring for animals. What sets me apart is my patience, empathy, and attentiveness to each pet’s individual needs. I understand that every dog has a different personality and routine, and I always make it a priority to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m physically active and love going on walks, playing outside, and keeping energetic dogs engaged. I’m also patient and gentle with older pets and am comfortable assisting with senior dog care, including administering oral medications, following feeding schedules, and providing extra attention and reassurance when needed. I’m highly organized, responsible, and treat every pet as if they were my own. I also value communication and will provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident their pets are in good hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals! I am currently available on weekends and Friday afternoons, which allows me to dedicate quality time and attention to your pets. During the week, I am generally more available in the evenings, as I am currently completing an HR internship at a company in West Chester. That being said, I understand that every pet and owner has different schedules and needs, so I am more than willing to be flexible with timing and any other concerns. I’m happy to communicate and work together to create a schedule that is best for both you and your pet! I understand that pets feel most comfortable when they are in a familiar, safe, and stress-free environment. That’s why I currently only offer pet care services in the pet owner’s home. Staying in their own space helps pets maintain their normal routines, feel secure, and experience less anxiety while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, consistency, and communication. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, house rules, and routines to ensure your pet receives the same level of care they are used to every day. I also make sure pets always have a clean, comfortable environment and plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. Building trust with both pets and owners is extremely important to me. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners can feel confident and reassured while they are away. My goal is to create a calm, caring, and dependable experience where both pets and owners feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

I have a hybrid work schedule and am free most weekends, allowing me some free time to take care of your pets! I get off work at 1pm on most Fridays! As a pet owner, I understand that safety is so important when caring for your animals. I will ensure that your pet is given all necessary care.
