“Leigh was amazing with Duch yet again! I was updated without having to ask and had the peace of mind that Duch was in great care! Leigh goes above and beyond and I was so thankful to come back to a happy pup!”

“Matthew took good care of our very large, reactive dog while we were away. He sent us photos daily and was good at communicating if he had any questions. We will definitely be asking Matthew to watch our pup next time we go away.”

“Angela went above and beyond while staying with my two old dogs for the weekend. She provided updates with pictures, managed my dogs meds, and kept them calm and comfortable while I was away (despite anxiety, storms, and fireworks!). I knew I didn’t need to worry about my dogs at all while they were in Angela’s care. I came home to two calm pups and an immaculate house. I feel we hit the jackpot with Angela!”
“Cathy was great! She communicated well and was really good with my babies. She respected my home and kept it tidy. I highly recommend her and will be using her again soon!”

“Paz did a wonderful job sitting my dog at my house while I was away. She texted me with photos about twice a day, and asked me some questions that she wanted to know. I already booked her for another trip I'm going on this winter. I have no complaints at all about her care for my dog.”

“Roxanne is a dream dog sitter! She keeps us up to date on our Yorkie Gracie and is dependable, reliable, kind, and easy to have in our home. We are so grateful to have found someone like Roxanne for Gracie.”

“Yujie is so kind and caring, and took such great care of our animals and our house while we were away. Our dog can be anxious with new people, but she felt comfortable with Yujie right away and was also so calm and happy when we returned from our trip as well! So glad to have found Yujie and we look forward to booking her again :)”

“Casie and her husband Karim were a huge help in taking care of my Benny. He is a senior dog and has many medications and can no longer go up stairs. She was very willing to administer all his meds and her husband Karim slept downstairs on the sofa so that Benny would not have to be alone at night. I also love that Casie is home full time. Great communication and sent lots of videos!”

“Once again, Ami and James saved the day with a last minute emergency house sitting needed! Ami was incredibly communicative and even taught my young pup how to conquer the stairs. I highly recommend booking Ami and James!”

“Noelle was SO great with Wiley! He is a special needs German shepherd, she was so good with all of his medical quirks and meds! She sent us so many photos, which we loved to see how our boy was doing! Wiley has found a new favorite person!”

“Kai and Devon did a great job with housesitting and dog care for our 2 labs! We came home to an immaculately clean house and two happy dogs. They are great at communicating promptly and sending pictures and updates. We appreciate their good care of our dogs and our home!”

About: As long as I can remember I've been an animal lover. I grew up riding horses, working on farms, + living with no less than 3 dogs at a time in my house. As a kid I dreamed of being a veterinarian. I took in all sorts of animals that needed to be nursed back to health from birds + snakes to donkeys + kittens. It was a little like living in a zoo + I loved every second! I rode + trained horses competitively in high school. At 16, I qualified for the junior Olympic team in equestrian eventing. I’m now a mom, my own son is 16, and I own my own photography business capturing families + pets spreading joy + gratitude. Rover is a welcome addition to that career. I absolutely LOVE what I do + am thankful to have the opportunity to support myself + my son serving other animal loving families like us. I work remotely Mondays and Fridays. Tuesday through Thursday I’m in the office 8-5pm in King of Prussia. I’m typically available most weekends but can occasionally offer weekday evening bookings. Safety is a priority for me. I aim to keep your pets routine stable and comfortable so we stick with what they know and don’t try new things until trust has been built.

“Kathy was great at keeping us informed and sending pictures while we were away. It helped ease my mind to see our dog was happy and doing well in our absence. This was the first time we had a sitter come and stay in our home while we were away. It worked out great and would do it again.”

“Libby was amazing! We were supposed to make it to the Midwest for the holidays but instead got stuck in Atlanta. We made the call to come home at 11 PM and Libby offered to stay until the early morning when we got back. Completely respectful of our home and the dogs loved her. Cannot recommend her enough.”

About: Growing up on a farm I have had experience with animals my whole life. I have had small dogs of my own since I was born and have experience with puppies and senior dogs. I can accommodate almost any pet! I am fully available Thursday evening, Friday-Sunday all day and night. I will have time to give your pets full attention! I will be available to take they out and walk as often as requested. I have a large fenced yard and two small friendly dogs to keep your company or they can be kept separate if you wish. I take the time to ensure all pets are safe and attended to.
“One of the hardest things about having pets is caring for them when we’re not able to. There’s just so much to worry about and too many nuanced details to convey to a house/dog sitter that it’s tough to be at ease. I’ll admit that I’m a little high-strung and using Rover for the first time for this service was not an easy decision. Fast forward to today…Heather is an absolute pro. You immediately get that she’s very experienced and respectful of your unique situation. She asks all the right questions and is an excellent communicator. Honestly could go on and on, but needless to say, we’re super pleased and I think found the high-mark on our very first try. We are already scheduled to see her again this summer and it’ll be the first time that I won’t worry about our dogs or home. Thanks Heather!”

“Abby was great to work with! Her communication was amazing and she sent pictures of Bentley and kept me up to date with everything. She took excellent care of Bentley as well as my house. She played with him and took him for a walk even though it was cold and windy. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her!”

“We cannot recommend Adam enough as a house/dog sitter. It is always so hard to find someone trustworthy enough to stay in our home and take care of our amazing boy. Adam was communicative, trustworthy, and reliable allowing for us to have a relaxing vacation knowing that our pup was safe. We have a 2 year old doberman who is not always the quickest to warm up to people, however he took to Adam quickly and truly enjoy his stay with him. In addition, the house was in excellent condition when we returned and Loki was happy and well exercised. Will absolutely book Adam again for future sitting opportunities and strongly recommend him to sit your pup.”

The median cost per night for house sitting in Willistown Hunt is $55

As of August 2026, there are 5,417 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Willistown Hunt. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Willistown Hunt walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Willistown Hunt maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Willistown Hunt choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Willistown Hunt. On Rover:
- 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
