“Glenn provided consistent care and attention for my cat and undertook the challenge of caring for my parrot although he was without prior bird experience. Both bird and cat were happy and healthy upon my return and Glenn communicated daily reports on them while I was away. I couldn’t be more pleased.”

“Michael was fantastic with my cat. He took great care to make sure I knew her daily goings on and communication was amazing. I highly recommend Michael!”

“Susan is amazing!!! She watched my cat for two weeks while we were away and it is wonderful to not worry about your pet. She always goes above and beyond.”

About: I have owned dogs and cats for 27 years and have learned that each pet is unique and deserving of great love and care. I've trained a puppy, rescued a young dog, given dogs and cats medicine, taken care of an ailing senior animal, gone on long walks and given plenty of belly rubs. I recently left my full-time job to focus on freelancing. This gives me flexibility and lots of time to care for pets. I would like to establish long-term relationships with pets and their owners. If I'm checking in on your pet, I will respect your home as if it were my own. I'll follow your care instructions to the letter, and make sure your pet feels safe and happy. For walks, I'll provide the utmost care to ensure your pet is safe while getting the amount of exercise and outdoor activity they need.

“Jackie was really helpful with mid-day drop-ins for my 2 dogs on an unusual schedule while I was working and taking care of my mom's house. She was especially helpful and communicative during the planning process and helped me sort out my booking issue. Will definitely book Jackie again!”

“Mary met with me and the cats beforehand and that was helpful. She sent pictures when she visited that showed the cats were comfortable with her. That reassured me that they were being well taken care of while I was away for a few days. We communicated easily.”

“Kacey took excellent care of my two cats when I was gone and went above and beyond what I would expect from a sitter. I would definitely hire again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring cat sitter.”

“Absolutely fantastic sitter. I’ve never had anyone bond with my cat so fast. She took care of every single instruction I asked perfectly and swiftly.”

“Brittany was wonderful! She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She treated Astro and Cocoa with lots of love and playfulness, and sent lots of pictures! Highly recommended!”

“Anna took great care of my pack on short notice. I was worried as I have never used a dog sitter but my pups loved meeting her which eased my mind. I will definitely rebook with Anna again.”

About: I’ve had cats, dogs, and other pets my whole life, trained my own dog myself, and provide flexible, attentive, loving care for animals of all kinds. I currently work part-time as a lifeguard at a local pool, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to walk, feed, play with, and care for pets throughout the day. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their normal routines, giving them attention, exercise, clean spaces, and constant supervision when needed.
“Lauren was awesome with our beloved cat Regan. She was punctual everyday for her drop in visits and spent extra time with Regan. Lauren was very professional. Regan is a senior cat with some health issues. Lauren was very conscientious when monitoring Regan’s medications and administration which helped us feel more comfortable . We will definitely be using her again.”

I’m flexible with scheduling and can easily adjust to your pet’s routine, making sure they get consistent care, companionship, and lots of attention while you’re awa I have a large fenced in yard, and I’m very active, so dogs in my care get plenty of outdoor time, including walks and hikes. About: I’m excited to pet sit for you! I’m a recent college graduate and have been pet sitting for the past 8 plus years primarily in Ohio and North Carolina. I historically have stayed over and house/dog sat with 1-3 dogs. But have also done my fair share of cat sitting. I love animals and grew up with dogs and hanging with my cousins cats. Unfortunately I have been moving around more recently and have not been able to get my own. I love going to dog parks, playing fetch, and going for runs with dogs. Also, I have fun playing with cats and laser pens. I’m new to Washington, hence the Rover account. I’m free most weekends and also available in the evenings to walk dogs. I'm currently in grad school. I take mostly evening courses so am happy to come by for a mid-day walk and fairly free on most weekends. I'm hiking most weekends, so would love to take your furry friends on a hike! At this time my home is not available to pet sit but I am happy to come to your home to let pets out for a walk or to spend time together to play!
