I left for about 2.5 weeks to go home for the holidays and was really nervous about leaving my cat at home. I’d never used Rover before and reached out to Emily. She responded super quickly and while I was gone texted me every time she went to see Yoshi, sent photos, and really spent time with her to make sure she was okay. It made me feel so much better about being gone, I will definitely use her again she was amazing and I can’t recommend her enough.

Our kitten was still scared of people and we left him alone and she managed to bond with him so quickly and always kept us updated with pictured and videos.
