This attention helps Teri observe any potential changes in health, eating, water consumption, potty habits or behaviors. Teri is Pet CPR & First Aid Certified, with over a decade of experience caring for dogs. Additionally, Teri’s husband John is recently retired from a high energy job after over 35 years. Together they manage doggy daycare, overnight boarding for existing clients, and a very busy dog walking and cat drop-in service. ✅ No Hidden Fees It’s Simple! A day of daycare = 9 hours of care from the time you drop-off. Drop offs are taken from 7am-10am. ✅ Fun Daily Activities (FREE) — Peanut Butter Lickimat — Kibble Challenge Ball — Peanut Butter Kong — Kibble Challenge Toys — Calming Sensory Experience — 1:1 Walks — Small pack walks (three dogs) — Backyard Freestyle Play — Doggy Sprinkler Pool (Summer) — Indoor Playroom Activities — Supervised Small Group Play Unlike commercial facilities that lock up your dog in a room by themselves and charge extra for cuddles and walks, your dogs are treated just like one of Teri & John’s. Teri & John provide a true home away from Home and pet parents will see that from the photo/video updates they receive. ✅ Medication Administration If required, Teri will give pills, eyedrops, ear drops — whatever meds your dog needs. Just let Teri know what meds your pet takes. ✅ Clean & Secure Home Your furry companion will stay in a meticulously clean, secure, and private single-family home on a quiet street in Lyndhurst. It’s like dropping the kids off at your best friend’s or parent’s house - they come to Teri & John’s and get spoiled!! ✅ Safe Outdoor Play Area Teri and John have no children at home. They have a completely fenced backyard, ensuring a safe and contained outdoor play area. A gate will never accidentally be left open by a child allowing your dog to escape. The yard is sanitized daily. ✅ Daily Photo Updates Expect a photo updates and videos (when possible) and a brief description of activities. All updates will be sent EST. Clients can reach us from 7 am - 7 pm. We are unable to resend updates due to travel issues clients experience. Please take the appropriate steps ahead of time to insure you receive your “pupdates” while traveling! ✅ Fast Consultation Scheduling For walks and Drop-Ins, pet parents are scheduled quickly for a free consult and entry instructions.

✅ Daily Sanitization Procedures Every day the boarding areas undergo a stringent cleaning regimen using non-toxic, pet-safe products. Additionally the yard goes thru a daily sanitization routine to provide a clean play area. ✅ Emergency Preparedness In the rare event of an emergency requiring evacuation, a well-prepared plan is in place to protect the dogs in our care. This plan ensures the safety, transport and well-being of every guest. Additionally, we ask pet parents to provide Personal Contact information as well as a local family member or friend that can be contacted if needed. ✅ Proven Track Record All of the policies and procedures Teri has implemented have been successful in keeping dogs happy, healthy and safe while under her care. Furthermore, the dogs in her care receive so much love and interaction —they go home happy, healthy, & relaxed.

✅ SCHEDULE Dogs (and pet parents) receive Teri and John’s full-time attention as existing client boarding, daycare, walks and drop-ins are Teri’s sole source of income. This means when a dog or pet parent need attention, we are not busy with class, on a zoom call, or at our “real job.” This isn’t a side hustle - Teri & John are fully committed to pet care full-time. ✅ HOURS Teri & John care for pets weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Every Pet Parent is given a specific appointment time for their meet/greet consultation; as well as every drop-off and pickup. **This is also important for traffic flow and keeping the peace with our neigbors as well** 🚨 Dog Drop-off & Pickup Hours 🚨 DROP OFFS: Daily by Appt, Starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM PICK UPS: Daily by Appt, Starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 7:00 PM LATE PICK UPS: Available, by request, until 9:30 PM @ $20 per dog. **Pet parents will be met outside their vehicle for fast and easy transfer of care** 🤝 Meet & Greet Hours 🤝 By Appointment Only - Generally Monday or Wednesday from 3-6 pm. 🐶 Daycare Hours 🐶 DROP OFFS: Daily by Appt, Starting at 7 AM and ending at 10:00 AM PICK UPS: Daily by Appt, Ending at 7:00 PM *** Daycare includes 9 hours of care, from the time you drop off your dog.*** Teri’s pet care business is licensed and insured in Ohio.
