About: Dogs have always been part of my life and my family. I am retired now, so my schedule is very flexible. My husband and I lead an active lifestyle and will make sure your dog is taken care of like family. We have a large backyard with access from a doggy door. We will keep you posted with photos and feedback on a daily basis. We have raised all breeds over our years as dog owners and have been blessed with wonderful senior rescues. Since my husband and I are both retired we are very flexible in our schedules and should be able to accommodate any timeframe that is needed. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in. There is access through a doggy door if that is negotiable for your dog. It can also be blocked if if required. We are very close to a beautiful park, which is wonderful for some nice long walks. We recently lost our 10 year old bull terrier to cancer and so our house feels empty without our beloved Walter. We will make sure your furry friend feels like family.

About: Growing up we always had a family dog. We had Schnauzers (twice), a Cocker Spanial, a Wire Fox Terrier and a Springer Spaniel. My favorite was probably the Springer, as she loved to play fetch for hours. While I don't have professional (getting paid) experience, I do occasionally dog sit for a neighbor, in fact doing so for a week this coming March (2020). Looking forward to getting one of my one some day. Newly retired, I didn't want to have a dog while working full time and didn't want to leave the dog alone all day.
