“This is our second time working with Christina, and she is so good with our kitties. I am especially grateful that she was able to help when our flights were delayed coming home to make sure our girls were fed and safe. Thanks again!!”

“Joseph did a great job with taking care of Bosco and the house. He was very responsive when I reached out to see how things were going; and he notified me when he thought I might have a concern about Bosco. He took great care of the condo and left it very neat. Great job!”

“Glenn was fantastic! He housesat for us and provided excellent care for our dog. Additionally, he provided updates on a daily basis and, upon return, our home was as neat as the day we left. Without a doubt we would request Glenn again.”

“Michael was awesome! Took great care of our girl and kept us posted with pictures and messages. So glad we decided to have him stay in our home as our dog is older and we didn't want to disrupt her routines. Would highly recommend and plan to use again.”

“Octavia was the perfect dog sitter for my mini poodle. I was nervous to leave him for the long weekend, and she provided reassuring updates and photos to let me know my little dude was doing great and having the best time with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!”

About: I’m a social worker, a mom to 2 pit bulls, 1 senior cat, and 1 human toddler. I grew up on a farm and I am a lifelong animal lover. Between the various needs of my creatures at home, and my experience over the last 20 years, I’m well equipped to take care of your babies. I have somewhat flexible availability during the week, and even more so on the weekends. I work from home some days of the week and can pop out as needed. I am attentive to your instructions for care and walk in with eyes wide open. If something seems off, I’ll let you know right away. I’m also happy to send cute pics to reassure you that your babies are doing great :)
“Chris and Mandy did a great job pet-sitting our dogs. One of our dogs has a touch of vertigo, the other takes daily meds, and both can be dog-reactive. They handled everything easily, like the experienced dog owners they are.”

“Devaney was great! My dog Junie takes a little extra time to warm up to people- Devaney was patient, allowing Junie to slowly build comfort. Devaney was communicative, sending pictures throughout the weekend, and left my house very clean! Would definitely recommend”

About: I have cared for dogs since I was 8, and I have owned a dog since I was 5. I have successfully potty-trained a puppy. I enjoy being outside and walking, so I'd love to help out in any way, whether by helping them get their energy out or by hanging out with them. I work part-time and have free time between 10 am and 2 pm to take care of your fur babies. I usually use that time to hit the gym or study in the library, but I'm flexible. I can come to your fur baby and transport them to the park or wherever is needed. I can dog-sit for a few hours or a weekend and take them for walks.
“We are so happy that we found J.J. my wife was having surgery and we hired J.J. to sit with our boy. J.J. was very open with his availability and was able to change the hours as needed. Having J.J. stay with Tucker allowed me to give my full focus to my wife and her recovery.”
“Alexis was amazing and the best pet sitter I’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to make sure my kitties were well taken care of, and they loved her! Can’t recommend Alexis enough!”
“Brittany was amazing! I could tell she was so kind to my dogs during the stay and really seemed like she cared. Extremely responsible as well. We can’t wait to have her back!”

“Shermont'e was very respectable and patient with our dogs, (our dogs can be shy meeting new people). He constantly gave us updates on how they were doing, and that our most shy dog warmed up to him by the end of his stay! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I felt at ease having Cece taking care of my dog for a few days while we were away. I got daily photos and updates and I could tell my dog was happy and comfortable with her. It was a wonderful, worry-free experience and I would love to have Cece back in the future.”

“Christine was flexible and communicative when watching our dog and cat. Her flexibility in being able to watch our house and animals last minute after another booking fell through really helped us. She took care of our animals who both have medications and our dog with separation anxiety which isn’t the easiest to handle, but she did just a great job in updating us several times a day through the weekend. Would definitely recommend her to watch your pets and home!”

University Heights pet parents share their Rover experiences
Michael is phenomenal. He is knowledgeable and instinctively aware of what our very senior dog needs. He makes excellent decisions and allows us to feel completely 100% comfortable with our home and dog in his care. Excellent communicator. Reliable. Punctual. A1 rating all around.

Tea is a frequent house sitter for our highly anxious dog. Tea provides outstanding care and maintains consistent communication while we are out of town (and provides pics of our dog). Most importantly, our dog loves and trusts Tea, which is all any pet parent can ask for.
