About: Hello! 👋🏼 I’m Amy, I’m 28 years old and live with my husband here in Bishops Cleeve. I offer doggy daycare as well as dog walking and ‘drop ins’. I’ve grown up with dogs, and they’ve always been a part of my life. I love being around them, and learning their individual personalities and quirks. Having grown up with a spaniel, I’m comfortable being around more energetic breeds, but adore the company of all dogs. I understand that each pet has their own set of needs and personalities. This is why I’ll always offer to meet you and your four-legged friend beforehand, at a time that suits you, to ensure we can get to meet each other and make sure it’s a good fit! I have experience in puppy training, and all other aspects of pet care, including administering oral medication on many occasions. I live an active lifestyle and love walking in my local area. I frequently walk the office dog (little chihuahua), and have experience in using other dog walking apps. I don’t offer sittings overnight, but I do offer dog care during the day, at your home or mine. I work full time remotely (I’ll need WiFi access if at your home), so can offer regular toilet breaks and walkies based on your dog’s needs. I have experience in crating dogs if needed. I know the importance of routine for a dog, so will of course feed and walk at specific times, should this be part of their usual routine. I have a car and full UK driver’s license.

“Rana and her boyfriend were absolutely amazing! They house sat for us for 8 nights. As being dog sitters ourselves we had high standards and I felt slightly nervous leaving the pups to someone new but Rana and her partner were lovely, caring and attentive. They looked after the doggies so well and managed to look after them all and keep them within their schedules. They Kept me updated with pics and along our whole holiday - so happy we chose Rana to look after our pups! Thank you so much again 🩷🩷”

“Simply cannot recommend Veja and Jake highly enough. Frank is a weekly regular while I am in the office and he is looked after and cared for so well. Frank has had complex medical needs and Veja is always attentive, understanding and catering to these. Frank always comes home a happy pup (and tired from lots of play!). Frank has been to many traditional ‘doggy daycare’ centres but by far being with Veja is best suited for him.”

About: Hi! I'm a huge dog lover and have spent the last 11 years raising and caring for my own pup who unfortunately passed from cancer at age 14 in February. She was my best friend and we did everything together (my photos are only a select few of the last year of her life). The time I had with her taught me so much - how to be patient, how to read her moods, and how much love and attention she really needed (and deserved of course). I first learned about the app Rover when my dog and I lived in Vancouver, Canada and I would have to travel without her sometimes. It was nerve wracking having to leave her in the hands of someone else (in a place we weren’t familiar with), especially as she had a lot of specific requirements that had to be followed (such as medication and diet). So I completely understand firsthand just how important it is to feel safe and reassured that the person looking after your pet is someone you can trust that has both yours and your pets best interest at heart. That’s why I treat every pet like I would my own, with the same love and attention and care that allows them to feel comfortable, relaxed and safe when they are at what I’d like to think of as a ‘home away from home’. Whether they need someone to take them on log walks, give copious amounts of belly rubs and cuddles, or just someone to hang out and keep them company - I understand each dog is just as unique as their needs. I have my own fully fenced and secure garden that they are free to roam in and out of at their own leisure (I can leave the door wide open for them if required). I am also more than happy to have them upstairs, on carpets or on the furniture/bed etc, especially if they need some extra snuggles 🥰 I work fully remote from my house as a Finance Manager and I am around 24/7. Pet care is a regular part of my routine, and I really enjoy it. My job also has flexible hours, so I can plan my day around feeding, walks, playtime, and anything else your pet needs. It keeps me active and brings a lot of joy to my otherwise rather mundane day (finance is not the most riveting of careers haha). If your pet is staying at my place, I make sure they have a cozy, safe space to settle in. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible - feeding, walks, playtime, and even little quirks like how they like to sleep or what toy they love most. I also make sure they get plenty of affection (if they want it!) and exercise. If I am looking after a pet in their home, I follow instructions closely to keep things familiar for your pet. I try to keep their routine the same so they feel comfortable while their family is away. I’m respectful of the home and keep everything clean and tidy. I also like to send photo or text updates so you know your pet is happy and in good hands. At the end of the day, I just want every pet I care for to feel safe, loved, and stress-free, and for you to feel at ease too.

About: I’ve grown up in the farming community for my whole life, so I’ve had great exposure to working with all kinds of animals, I have 4 friendly dogs which can either be kept separate or together with your pet. Your pet will have access to a secure field for plenty of exercise, and you can be assured of a friendly and reliable service! I also offer drop in services and walking where available. Although I work full time, I have great availability due to shift work, and can accommodate both day and night time drop ins and walks, please feel free to get in touch contact with me to discuss availability. I have a fully fenced field with CCTV and 4 friendly small dogs to keep your pet company if required, for drop in services I am happy to accommodate any requests such as photographs and frequent updates!

About: Having grown up with several types of dog breeds throughout my life, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and care for their pets responsibly and safely. I work as a Healthcare Professional and am a Qualified Nursing Associate. I also have my own dog Rosco who is a Border Terrier and care for my partner’s dog who is a Hungarian Vizsla. I have 2 guinea pigs as well. I look after all of my animals as well as any of my patients, and believe you deserve complete peace of mind when leaving yours in someone else’s hands. Rest assured, they will be exceptionally cared for. I’m working 4 days a week currently and so Friday would be my dedicated pet care day. However I also have availability after 5pm Monday-Thursday. I am also available most weekends. When entering a client’s home, it will be fully respected at all times and I will uphold the upmost safety possible when leaving, and locking up after myself. I will ensure everywhere is secure and safe for your pet.

About: I have extensive experience with both dogs and cats, particularly with rescue animals. My background includes attending training sessions with my dog at Cheltenham Animal Shelter. This has equipped me with skills in managing anxious pets, providing special care for puppies and seniors, and ensuring a positive experience for all. I genuinely care for each animal’s well-being and happiness. I’m currently a nanny in the Cheltenham area during the evenings, which gives me the entire day and weekends free to focus on pet care. This flexible schedule allows me to dedicate ample time and attention to pets, ensuring they receive the love and care they deserve. I’m always attentive and nurturing, treating each pet as if they were my own, and making their comfort my top priority. Since I will be going to pet owners’ homes, I prioritise safety and trust. I will thoroughly discuss any specific needs and routines before caring for their pets. I ensure their environment is safe, comfortable, and stress-free, providing the same level of care I would in my own home. My goal is to create a loving atmosphere where pets feel secure and happy while their owners are away.

About: I've grown up surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, even snakes! My mum was a dog walker, so I helped her regularly and now care for my brother’s King Charles Spaniel with walks, playdates, and sleepovers. Though we can’t have a dog (thanks to my husband’s allergies!), I love staying active and getting my animal fix by helping others care for their pets like family. I've got a wide range of experience with different breeds, their habits and ages (whether their a pup that needs help training or a golden oldie that prefers a slower pace). I work full time from home in a flexible role. I also drive with my own care. I enjoy an active lifestyle so go for multiple walks a day and enjoy a run (which am active dog could easily fit into)! Caring at your home will be easy. I'll follow your requirements as I did entering houses with my mum growing up (walking and caring for dogs). Safe, friendly, clean and private are my top points to stick with through pet care. If you have any personal guides please send them to me.
