“We are so grateful to have found Toby as our cat sitter! From the very beginning, he took the time to come and meet us and our kittens, Hazel and Butterfly, which instantly put us at ease. He also kindly arranged to pick up and drop off our home key, making everything so easy for us. While we were away, he kept us regularly updated with news about the kittens, and it was clear they were being cared for with so much love and attention. Toby is not only reliable and professional, but also genuinely caring and that makes all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with his service, and we really hope to continue this lovely relationship in the future.”

“Annalie is lovely, very flexible, willing to take on jobs last minute, and very caring to my two cats! She is responsive and gave me updates when she was tending to my cats. Thank you Annalie 😊”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for taking such wonderful care of Leia! I really appreciated your updates, attention to detail, and the gentle way you handled everything. Leia seemed calm and content when I got home, a true sign that she was in good hands. It means so much to know she was safe, comfortable, and cared for while I was away.”

About: I have extensive knowledge of a variety of animals. I have completed the Animal Care level 2 course in College in 2015. I have had pets myself since I was around 13 years old. I used to go to work with my mum who worked on a farm and helped her with looking after all the animals that lived there. I enjoy and appreciate every moment I get with any animal, and I always use my knowledge/experience to make sure they receive the best quality of care whilst boarding with me. I work with "pets are family" close to my heart at all times. I have experience with bathing dogs too, if this service is needed it will be completed free of charge during your pets stay. I understand that every family and their pet is unique, and I was always try my best to make sure all needs are accommodated to for everyone. If you have any queries please just ask, I am always available for an informal chat. I am currently a stay at home mum, so I am 100% flexible. I can do overnight stays at my own home, or visit your home whenever is needed. I live in a 3 bedroom house with a back and front garden, I also live near some lovely nature walks. I always make sure pets in my care are treated with respect and are looked after as one of my own. If visiting a pet at their own home, I will always respect the owners wishes with how they want their pet to be looked after. I allow pets on my own sofas and beds, but if this is not wanted by the owners then that will be upheld.

About: Between us both we’ve had over two years experience owning our own dog, which has included training our Cockapoo from the age of 8 weeks old. We’ve both cared for friends and families dog in the past over many years, and both of us have been previous cat owners. We’re both massive animal lovers, your pet would be treated with love and care, plus they’d have our Cockapoo Ziggy in the home as a friend. Both of us completed a dog first aid course in September 2023. We both work full time and our own dog goes to doggy daycare if we both need to be in the office on the same day. We can consider weekday boarding but would need good notice so we can make arrangements for at least one of us to be working from home. We’re most likely available on the weekends for boarding. We get out and about for walks on the weekends in the Quantocks or local beaches, sometimes we day trip to Devon or Dorset. We have a spacious house and good sized garden for your dog to relax or play in. We’d follow any instruction on feeding regime etc.

About: Hi, I am Jane Dunn, and have been a dog lover since childhood. When asked as a child what I would like to do when I grew up, I always said 'I want to live in the country and work with dogs' It's taken me a while, but dreams do come true. I have a background in canine nutrition and plenty of hands-on experience. I am certified in Canine First Aid and currently working towards obtaining a Puppy Training Diploma. With resident dogs Flora (a pocket rocket Sproodle) and Milo (a sweet-natured Cocker Spaniel), your dog will be welcomed into a well-balanced and sociable home environment. Whether planning a holiday or needing reliable care during a busy time, you can trust that your dog will be treated with love, respect, and expert care, just like one of our own. Home Boarding - Day Care - Group & Solo Walks - Drop In Visits Certified in Canine First Aid, DBS Checked Licensed by Somerset Council and Insured by Protectivity Pet Care is my day job so your dog will not have to work around my schedule. We may have additional dogs boarding or in day care and we will fit around your dogs schedule. We feel incredibly lucky to call this beautiful corner of Somerset our home. Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, our spacious home is surrounded by rolling fields, quiet lanes, and stunning countryside walks—quite literally right outside our door. It is the perfect environment for dogs to relax, explore, and enjoy nature at its best. When your dog stays with us, they become part of our family. They will live in our home, sharing the sofa and woodburner with us and our two resident dogs, Flora and Milo. Whether they are stretched out snoozing in a sunny spot in the courtyard, playing in the secure garden, or joining us for a stroll through the fields or streams, they will be treated with the same love and care we give our own.

“Our cat, fish and home were well looked-after by Tess for three weeks. When we returned home, it was evident that while our cat was very happy to see us, and came to us for attention, she also included Tess in her rounds - making it evident that she (the cat) saw Tess as a positive part of her family. While we were away Tess stayed in touch. She asked early on if we preferred to have pictures, explaining that some people do and some don't. We do and she sent several lovely photos over the period, each showing our cat behaving just like herself, which helped me to know that she was happy. We would happily welcome Tess back to our home again.”

About: Hi! We are a friendly couple — a veterinarian and an engineer — who are passionate about animals and nature. We do share the house with a lovely pair of guinea pigs and would love to offer our help to fellow pet owners in the neighborhood. We both lead active lifestyles, enjoy hiking, and live right by the beach — perfect for fun outdoor walks! Our goal is simply to care for your pets as if they were our own, giving them all the love, attention, and care they deserve. For us, this is not about business, but about sharing our time and affection with animals — just because we love them. If you’re looking for trustworthy, caring, and responsible pet sitters, we’d love to meet you and your furry friends! I work full but I have some days off . Me and my partner are doing this just to have fun ! My partner works many days from home so between both of us we can manage to take care of the pets. We are currently with no kids and other pets so it makes the perfect environment to start doing pet sitting I have a fanced garden and we have close to our house a lovely walk that goes through the river and beach. Dogs will love to walk there!

About: I am currently on a gap year and started dogsitting/housesitting. I have done long stays of 2+ weeks and also daily/weekly commitments. I am more than happy to dogsit overnight as well as help out in the day. I am currently working in a part time seasonal role, so I am available throughout the year. Just let me know what you need and I can help! I am very used to looking after dogs in different environments. Whether you have lots of space or not a great deal, I can easily adapt to the situation, giving your dogs the best possible care.

About: Animals have always been the main focus in my life. From raising adorable, troublesome kittens to loving senior citizens, administering medication and recognising when something is not right, I put animal health and happiness above all else. Growing up, my family kept many pets from hamsters to horses. I have a wide range of experience, adapting to whatever needs and routine suit your animal best. I initially wanted to be a vet and completed several work placements before obtaining a degree in Animal Science (think biology with an added twist of animal care and nutrition for pets, farm animals and beyond). I've volunteered at the RSPCA and dog kennels, and am always the first person my friends and family call to take care of their pets when they are away. I have house-sat many times and always ensure pet owners get plenty of updates and pictures on the daily, as well as come back to a clean home, and a happy pet! Recently I lost my beloved cat, Sparky, and have lots of love to give. I work entirely remotely, giving me the freedom and flexibility to care for pets country-wide! This allows me to provide the highest level of care and attention your pets deserve round the clock. As a project manager, I am well organised and plan ahead, but able to adapt to changing needs. I am a patient, calm and confident person, providing animals with the level of interaction and care that suits them best. Energetic dog that needs lots of exercise? Multiple long walks a day and plenty of play time sounds fun! Shy, scaredy cat? Quiet and peaceful company can be provided, or plenty of space.

“Amazing thank you so much for looking after them for us”

Charlotte S.
“We had charlotte come to pet sit for us to look after our 9 month old Labrador in September ‘23. This was a 2 week sit when we were on holiday. No small task with a boisterous but obviously fun grown up puppy. We can wholeheartedly say Charlotte did a great job looking after the dog and the house - she took the dog duties seriously and we came home to a very tidy home and a relaxed puppy! We got regular updates and photos and couldn’t recommend her services more.”

Aimee R.
“I have known Aimee for 15 years, she has owned cats and horses in all the time I’ve known her. She’s attentive and caring. She lived with me and my husband for a year while she relocated and in that time she kindly looked after our 2 cats while we were away. She understands cats and always took good care of them for us, playing with them and keeping them company with lots of love and fuss. She’s a considerate house guest, tidy, proactive and thoughtful.”

Harry W.
“Harry looked after my two dogs whilst I was away for the weekend. He did a fantastic job, walking them daily and following their food routines. He is very approachable and affordable, had no worries leaving them with him for the weekend. Would highly recommend.”
