“I'm so glad I found Nicky! Willow had never stayed with anyone other than a family friend before, so I was a little bit anxious. However, as soon as we met Nicky I knew that everything would be fine. Nicky was friendly and welcoming, and Willow settled in quickly, and got on well with Nicky's dog, Alfie. Nicky sent frequent messages and photos, and Willow was clearly well looked after, and made to feel part of the family. I would definitely book with Nicky again, and would recommend her to others. Excellent all round! Thank you, Nicky. 😊”

“Ross looked after my Jackapoo Enzo for a night last weekend, Enzo can be quite choosy as to who he gets to like but immediately took to Ross who clearly has a great way with dogs. I was struck by Ross’s preparation involving a questionnaire about Enzo and his likes and dislikes. Ross will be my go to person when Enzo needs to be cared for in the future.”

About: My wife, Pisamai and myself have always had a dog until our beloved Dalmatian, Lexi died last year. We miss her so much, but travel a lot, so thought looking after other people's dogs might fill the void! My wife, Pisamai and myself are retired, so unless we are traveling, we spend most of our time either walking, cycling, or at home in Weymouth. We live in Weymouth and have fully fenced garden. We live 10 minutes walk from a beach and numerous other walks, including the Dorset Coast path.

About: I have a range of experience with both dogs and cats as I have owned both myself in the past, I have experience ranging from medium breeds such as Staffies & American bulldogs to smaller breeds such as pugs & French bulldogs. My experience in cats is vast due to owning them myself plus the care for my mums cats I provide weekly round her work commitments and when she is on holiday I have a 2 year old but i only work part time so looking for a hobby on the side that will benefit us both and keeps me busy as id like to care for pets but don't want to own any right now due to the commitment I have a strong interest in helping you with any training/commands you are currently working on to ensure consistency even when you aren't around, as I'm aware of the need for consistency when it comes to dogs and I can ensure you this will be followed . This can include tricks, toilet training and obedience when walking. I have a clean and tidy home with a fenced off garden too. All pets diets will be followed strictly according to your request with the food you provide. I have boarded pets in the past that have strict dietary needs and this was ensured thoroughly throughout their stay.

About: I have owned a Doberman for 4 years since he was a puppy and I am even looking to get another dog soon. I lived in New York for 5 years and the 6 months before I moved back to the U.K I walked dogs all over the city 5 days a week as a change in direction. I am open to look after your pet most days, afternoons and evening at better but my day job is very flexible because I am self employed. I absolutely love all animals and I will treat your pets as they are my own. They will be walked, feed, watered and any other additional requirements that you need.

“Beccy took great care of my dog and kept me updated which was so reassuring as was the first time I’ve ever left her with a dog sitter! So Thankyou so much my doggy had a great time with you!”

“Sandie is an absolute star! She looked after our 2 boys, Sandy and Angus, as if they were her own. She is calm and capable and kept us up to date as this was the first time the boys had spent more than one day away from us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and our boys will definitely be holidaying with her again. Gold stars all round.”

About: Hey! My name is Emma and I would love to welcome your adorable dog into my pet-free home! I’m new to Rover but I have owned dogs my whole life and now that I don’t, I’m really missing it. In that time, I have walked friends’ and family’s dogs so I’m used to all sorts of personalities and necessities. For now I can only accept SMALL to MEDIUM sized dogs to board in my home. We have a lovely enclosed garden with high fences so rest assured that your dog will be completely safe when chilling or running around outside (see in photos). I’m a very active person and will find any excuse to get outside so walking your dog will be an absolute pleasure. We live near open spaces and live in a very friendly & safe neighbourhood but I also do have a car so I can take your dog on more adventurous walks every now and then so they don’t get bored! Don’t worry, you will get plenty of pictures during your dog’s stay so you can see how they are doing and how much fun they’re having! I completely understand that leaving your dog with a complete stranger is scary so I’m more than happy to talk or meet in person so you get peace of mind. It would also be great to meet your dog first to make sure they’re comfortable. I’m currently working full-time and I wouldn’t want to leave your dog alone during the day so I only have availability on the weekends after Friday at 6pm. After that it’s all fun and games! We live in a 3 bed house with a lovely field next to our house so there’s plenty of space here for your dog to find a comfy spot. We have a lovely enclosed garden with high fences so rest assured that your dog will be completely safe when chilling or running around outside (see in photos).

“Morgan was great with Daisy and really put my mind at ease. Morgan was happy to do a meet and greet first before I confirmed and booked, she asked lots of questions and was happy to answer mine. I got an update whilst Daisy was with her which was nice as I knew Daisy was relaxed. Daisy seemed to enjoy her stay and I will definitely be using Morgan again for some future dates.”
