“Sara was brilliant, we had a great meet and greet beforehand and she was super communicative during the booking! Home to two happy kitties 😻 thank you, Sara! ”

About: I have always had a love for animals and it has been from always being surrounded by the furry friends from when I was a baby, and I sometime prefer them to most humans 😂. My friends and family saw how much I loved them and trusted me to look after their pets since I was 11, taking them on long walks and being playful to the point where they wouldn’t want me to leave. I am a very active person and who enjoys exploring and I am excited to take your best friend on a new journey! I am currently on a flexible schedule, and I am willing to work around the pet owners so that I can be at a convenience to them when they need it most!! I will make sure I understand all the rules for the house hold and have an in depth understanding of the animals behaviour to keep the owner at ease whilst I take care of their best friend!
About: I offer a pet friendly home with our un neutered Spinger Spaniel Billy and 2 cats, right next door to a large woodland (under 5 min walk). I have been taken care of dogs for friends and family for over 5 years. With my neighbours dog as regular visitor on weekdays and holiday visits from various other spaniels and terriers across the year all whom have been visiting since very small puppies. I’m experienced with puppies, middle age and older dogs. I work from home, so no dog are ever left alone and if they are staying over your pet will have its own room and bed. There are no furniture rules in this house we all cuddle up on sofas together and become one of the family. I walk in the woods 2/3 times a day for dogs that need to burn out that excessive engergy. However if your dog would prefer to just cudddle up with me on an electric blanket then this also if always on offer. I work from home everyday. As I have a spaniel, regular walks are part our daily routine, morning, afternoon and if it is a nice evening sometimes in the evening. I’m home most weekends and wouldn’t accept your request if i were to be away. I have a back garden that’s fenced in and big back doors so access when ever required. I own a friendly springer spaniel and 2 cats. I live next to the woods so if your dog does need some energy burning off, this can be easily be arranged.
“Jemma was lovely and our dog Honey loved her. Jemma looked after our dog Honey whilst we were at a wedding, she came when she said, had really great communication and took our dog out for a long walk. Would recommend Jemma and will definitely be using her again!”

“Met Oliver for the first time last Saturday. He is coming over weekly to try and help my shy cat get used to him before he cat sits in June. Poppy didn’t leave the wardrobe but Oliver seems very nice and I’m sure Poppy will get to know him over the next few weeks.”

About: I am easygoing, but not at all a pushover. I like to think I have a firm but gentle touch, and have a good degree of empathy. Having worked with animals - from horses to cats to dogs to chickens! - my experiences of their psychology have stood me in good stead when making new four- (and two!) legged acquaintances. I've always thought dogs to be some of the best judges of character and human nature, and honestly, you just can't hide your own true self from their animal instincts. They see, they know and they will make up their own mind about you whether you like it or not! As for cats, well, they are an enigma wrapped in a mystery drowning in a tub of Dreamies. Would we change them? Never! So all I can say is, if I meet your dog/cat/chicken and they give their paw/claw of approval, what better endorsement is there? Dog walking, cat sitting and general animal care if my full time business, and I make myself available most weekends. I have no problem with short notice bookings and take extra care to always heed to concerns and needs of my clients. I don’t board dogs or cats at my own residence as this would be too stressful for my own cat boss, but am happy to housesit if available to do so. This has always proved to be a more agreeable arrangement as there is no place like home for a dog or cat who are as much a member of the family as any other relative!
About: Having rescued lots of dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits and also a tortoise over the years I have a great love for all our furry friends. Experienced dog handler, cat sitter and happy to administer meds. DBS checked, full liabilty and pet first aid certificate. Happy to help with all the familys furry, feathered and scaly friends while I'm at the home too. The original Dr Doolittle is here! I just adore all animals, my dream is to open a rescue abroad and care for all the waifs and strays. Currently work Part time for the NHS and spend my afternoons and evenings caring for my animals and other peoples. Am available at weekends also and bank hols. I will even water the plants, put the bins out, open and close curtains. Safety is everything to me and keeping the pets happy and content.
“Alisha stepped in on very short notice to care for my cat Joy, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly cared about Joy’s wellbeing. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Joy was in good hands. I’d definitely recommend Alisha to anyone needing pet care.”

About: Hi, I'm Tayla – a proud Crazy Cat Lady and lifelong animal lover! I live in Leighton Buzzard with my partner and our 10 cats, but my love for animals extends far beyond felines. Not owning dogs myself means I love when I get to spend time with yours! I have over 10 years of experience house sitting and caring for other people's pets, and over 15 years of experience rescuing and rehabilitating neglected cats. Whether your pet needs feeding, walks, playtime, medication, cuddles, or simply a reassuring presence while you're away, I'll treat them with the same love and care I give my own animals. I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets, and I'd love the opportunity to meet yours! 🐾💕 I am a self-employed cleaner. This means I work for myself and it is easy to move around and adjust to any pet care needs if neccessary. I will be looking after your animal in their own home to ensure they are as comfortable and stress-free as possible while their humans are away.

“Emma is so fab. Such a lovely person to book with and chat to, plus she is so trustworthy and great with animals. Made me feel so much better about leaving my cat overnight, knowing Emma was going to check in on her in the morning ☺️ Thanks so much Emma!!! ❤️”

“Brilliant communication, Morgan was so happy when we got home so we know he was looked after. Also brought a delivery into the house for us. Thank you so much, will definitely be using again!”

About: I am a caring, reliable, and responsible pet lover with experience looking after dogs, cats, and other small pets. I understand that pets are family members, and I always treat them with the same love, patience, and attention that I would give my own animals. I have experience with feeding, walking, playing, administering basic medications when needed, and ensuring pets feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I am attentive to each pet’s individual needs, personality, and routine, helping them stay happy and relaxed in their familiar environment. Whether your pet needs regular walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, or companionship during the day, I am committed to providing dependable care and keeping you updated with messages and photos for complete peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I work from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I can easily fit walks, feeding, playtime, and regular toilet breaks into my routine while maintaining your pet’s normal schedule. Your pet will receive loving, reliable care and won’t be left alone for long periods. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a pet owner’s home, I always follow their usual routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, fresh water, and plenty of attention and affection. At my home, pets will have access to a secure fenced garden for supervised outdoor time. I also have two children, aged 8 and 9, who love animals and understand the importance of respecting a pet’s boundaries and giving them their own space when needed. When caring for pets in their own home, I ensure their routine is maintained as closely as possible, providing consistent care and regular updates to owners for peace of mind.
About: I am an avid pet lover and I understand how important it is to know your pets are well looked after when you’re not around. My pets are family members and are well looked after and treated as an integral part of the family. Whilst working at Companion Care Vets, I was able to offer assistance in animal care, assist in operations, dispense and help administer medications, so I am well versed in the care of animals, especially those with additional needs. I was also able to offer my home to stray cats and dogs until they were rehomed. No dog or cat is too big or too small! I have cared for a few hour old kittens to Great Danes! I have a garden, transport and spare room in my house if animals wanted/required their own space. I work from home, so I am always around to shower your pet with love and spoil them with play time. It’s their holiday too! I have a self contained garden for toilet breaks and zoomies. I have a spare room in case the fur babies need their own space whilst staying with me.

Alongside my veterinary work, I train and compete in dog agility, working with my own dog and helping train others too. As a pet owner myself with one dog and three cats, I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy, caring, and experienced. I’m confident administering medication, caring for senior pets, and providing plenty of love, attention, and enrichment while you’re away. Your pets will be treated like part of the family! Being a student vet nurse pet care is my job and I love every minute of it! When I’m not caring at work I’m looking after my own or my agility clients! About: Myself and my partner Tomek work in theatre and during time off we love to work with dogs. We have recently moved to the Leighton Buzzard area and I’m taking some time off theatre so I’m very free and flexible. If you chose me to look after your dog it’ll be getting all of my attention throughout our time together! During the height of the pandemic I trained and worked in a small dog grooming salon and Tomek took on dog walking duties, later working as a daycare supervisor at Bruce’s Doggy Day Care. Before joining Rover we have been offering dog sitting/waking services to many people in the village where I grew up. Through this we have gained experience in looking after dogs of all shapes and sizes, from a little old yorkie terrier to 3 young french spaniels. I have also grown up always having cats so have a lot of experience furry felines too. I am freelance and currently have a quiet period before my next theatre project so I am very flexible and can cater to your needs. If you choose me to look after your dog, it’ll get 100% of my attention. I have qualified as a dog trainer from the National Dog Training Acadamy which has given me a great understanding of how to work with dogs. Coupled with my year as a dog groomer's assistant I have a well rounded skillset that will enable me to provide your pet with the best care.

This is the third time Abigail has looked after our two cats and she is so brilliant with them. I think they prefer her to us 😆 Fab communication throughout our trip and she even very kindly helped clean up when one our cats brought in a rather gruesome gift 😖. many thanks again!

Mairi was amazing with my 2 cats! As soon as we met, I could tell she truly loves cats and is trustworthy and responsible. She followed my feeding and medication instructions carefully and spent a nice amount of time with them during the visits - playing and cuddling with them. I am so pleased to have found Mairi and will definitely be booking her for more cat sitting in the future!
Sara provided exceptional service. Our cat, Mozzie, quickly acclimated to her care and was in highly capable hands. Sara's communication was exemplary, keeping us informed with regular text and video updates throughout the engagement. I wholeheartedly recommend her services. For those seeking a trustworthy, amiable, and compassionate professional, I encourage you to consider her without hesitation.
Verity did a fab job looking after our cat Pumpkin 🐾 We felt completely safe and at ease leaving our boy in her care. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. Thank you so much, Verity, we wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again!

Emma is such a lovely person, friendly and was really good with my cat, Rupert. She made me feel very reassured leaving him in her care and I would definitely recommend her. Emma took great photos of Rupert which I looked forward to receiving each day. Thank you so much Emma! X
